This last week 💜

Literally had the best week with all the incredible people in my life, doing what I love and having fun outside of the gym and it was almost ruined by the head noise around food, feeling a lot of guilt which makes me so sad.

I want to enjoy life to the fullest AND feel my best. One week won’t change that.

Eat the pastry and go dance with your friends x
What you do most of the time is more important then what you do some of the time, just get back straight into it next week.

Happy Sunday!! by @jencarecos

No dumps this week just my two alter egos x by @jencarecos

Becoming the best version of yourself isn’t a solo mission 🙋🏻‍♀️

Surround yourself with people who push you, challenge you, believe in you & hype you TF up 🤪

I’m also a big believer in training with ppl who have similar bodies to you, what you might struggle to see in yourself is so easy to recognise in someone else

WE DON’T DO EVERYTHING FOR THE MALE GAZE. F*ck any man who tries to shame you for what you wear.

Women deserve to feel their best in WHATEVER makes them comfortable.
