Functional Fabric Fair Summer NYC 2026 was a blast! Huge thanks to the media & creators who came out to learn and share the latest innovations in sustainable performance textiles, and to the incredible @functionalfabricfair team that made it all happen, especially marketing queen @manda_marini.

Bonus: I got a peek at the Javits Center's rooftop gardens and their sustainability efforts. 💚♻️🍃 taken in New York City by @jencwilliams

JCK 2026... in my element, literally. 🌍🌬️💧🔥

This was the busiest show yet, and if you spotted me, I was probably mid-sprint between the Media Lounge, JCK Talks stages, press tours, and client meetings. Pulled in every direction and somehow, it all came together beautifully.

Record media and influencer attendance. Exhibitors having standout shows. Strong energy all around, hurdles included.

Massive congrats to the @jckevents team: Sarin, Jen, Meghan, the marketing baddies MJ, Lindsay & Kaylee, the awesome new colleague Lulu (could not have done this without you), the conference team and experience queen Lexi (beyond proud of you). You are all the magic behind the curtain along with so many others.

Personal highlights: a live CBS News trends segment, JCK Rocks with Nelly (yes, that Nelly and yes, I met him 🙌), listening to inspiring keynotes, moderating 3 panels (shout out to all my brilliant panelists), incredible dinners with incredible people, and the absolute honor of being voted onto the Jewelers For Children board. Watching this industry show up with generosity and heart never gets old.

To every editor, creator, client, speaker and jewelry friend and mentor thank you for showing up with your stories, energy, and your smiles.

Half Moon Bay had us feeling like we were on top of the world, literally. The Jewelers Mutual Conversations Leadership Retreat was everything: cliffside views, deep conversations on AI transformation and consumer trends, and some of the most inspiring jewelry business leaders I've had the pleasure of learning alongside. (I wish I took more photos).

We hiked, we laughed, we connected, and we left with our minds full and our hearts fuller.

The fabric of this industry keeps getting better. 🙌 Functional Fabric Fair Portland Spring show brought together the brightest minds in performance textiles, bio-based innovation, sustainable circularity, and beyond.

Grateful for the media and content creators who came ready to share these stories. Big congrats to the @FunctionalFabricFair team especially the Marketing Director @manda_marini on yet another successful show in the books. Vision Expo 2026 = electric. This show filled my cup in every way. ⚡️😎

So much innovation on the medical and health side of eyecare. Smart glasses everywhere. The style and design of the people and the eyewear on the show floor... DELIVERED. As a publicist, nothing beats working on a show where there is so much to talk about. I had a blast connecting media and influencers with brands doing genuinely exciting work.

I got to moderate a panel, host media tours, and unlock a childhood dream as the emcee of the Vision Expo Fashion Show! Cheers to the producer @lexibraicovich17 and all the brands that participated. 🎤🫶

I'm still new to optical, but I feel so welcomed and so inspired by this industry. Grateful for the @vision.expo and @thevisioncouncil teams and every journalist and creator who showed up to share these stories.

Big shout out to my people — @aprileia (for your positive leadership), @emileaves (your dynamic marketing management), and @lulu_pagus (your stellar influencer coordination), and the ENTIRE team that brought the fun and "vision" of the show to life!

Since February 14, 2017, you've filled my heart with more love than I ever imagined. I'm so proud of the curious, independent, creative, imaginative, multi-faceted, and kind person you're becoming.

What an adventure exploring the world together, every journey becomes more magical with you by my side. I cherish our time together and love watching you grow.
