September 11, 2001. Very sad day in history. We will always remember the lives that were lost and forever changed that day.

We pray for all those who lost their lives, their families, and the heroes that arose out of the tragedy.

These photos are from when Denis and I visited the 9-11 memorial in NYC in October 2024. It was very moving to see where the towers stood and tour the museum. by @jendschex

When Denis and I took the Perdido Queen dinner cruise in Mobile, we saw the retired SS United States cruise ship. Supposedly, she was quite the VIP cruiseliner back in the 1950s and 60s. Our hostess told us that one of the staff members from the dinner cruise lived on it for awhile. She also said that the ship is bigger than the Titanic. I asked her if it was haunted. She shrugged and said, Maybe 😳 There are plans very soon to sink it off the Florida coast as a sunken reef. So I'm glad we got to see it! by @jendschex

A few days at Disney, a few days at the beach! We tried a few new experiences: Geo-82 at Epcot, MK fireworks dessert party, Pirates-themed Beak & Barrel. All fantastic! Also saw the Starlight night parade. So pretty! And then relaxation at the beach...Can't wait to go back! by @jendschex
