I celebrated my 52nd birthday with Frédéric at the “happiest place on earth”! I had so much fun from Starbuck’s in Barstow to Anaheim, Disneyland. I started out in Downtown Disney at 7 pm ish until 1 am. I had a pre birthday dinner at the Jazz Kitchen. I enjoyed the most flavorful cuisines outside on the patio under a heat lamp. It couldn’t have been anymore romantic until I experienced snow fall every half hour. It was truly magical.

The next day, on my birthday, I made a promise to my Frédéric as I felt his energy put a ring on my finger. It was right in front of the Cinderella castle. My ring, symbolizing my love for Frédéric, is custom-made from Aaron Lelah. Josh Lelah is still working on my ring. The basis of it is amazing. It’s a butterfly and a snake (Frederic loves snakes 🐍) Josh is going to complete it with gemstones to give it some bling. I’m so excited. It’s a work in progress but it’s going to be beautiful! 🐍 + 🦋= 💕 See @aaron_lelah to bring your creativity to fruition!

Miraculously, on a whim, the hostess let me into the Blue Bayou without a reservation. It was the second time I tried to get in. My persistence paid off! Usually it takes a couple of months in advance for a reservation. I was so happy, and the hostess seated me right by the water of the Pirates of the Caribbean! I ordered the Seabass with rice. I also had a small portion of gumbo! My birthday dessert was a crème brûlée tart. #bluebayoudisneyland

Visit my other Instagram account, Pieces of Victory and YouTube to learn more and finally put an end to child abuse especially, in teen programs. There are over 100,000 camps here in America that are torturing our children and profiting off of it. Now you know why abusive facilities don’t get shutdown. The political profit is astounding and the loopholes are set in place in any kind of federal/state bill to protect our children. There shouldn’t be exemptions when it comes to child abuse for personal gain. People need to be held accountable… including anyone who protects an abuser.

Thank you survivors for coming forth. Together we are “pieces of victory”. Stay strong and continue to be brave.

You know that saying, “Ignorance is bliss”?

Sometimes I wonder if I should have just basked in my own ignorance. After all, sometimes the truth hurts more than the illusion.

But it’s too late now.

I involuntarily took the red pill. 🔴

And now I’m wide awake.

There was a time when I wasn’t able to cope with the grief of being separated from my boyfriend while I was in a lockdown residential program. I was only 16.

In what I came to describe as a so-called “concentration camp” here in America, I was forbidden to speak his name, play the piano in his name, write him letters, express myself in a journal, receive visits, or have phone calls.

Today, I am truly grateful that I have the freedom to express my grief — through poetry, piano, art, and comedy — and transform that pain into something beautiful.

That is where art lives for me.

Look out for my third album, “Crossroads,” coming this November.

My good friend and audio engineer, @96nick will be recording at @thehideoutlv. He is amazing, and the sound there is incredible.

“Crossroads” will be available on Spotify, Apple Music, and Amazon.

What a wonderful visit with my beautiful godmother, Juanita. ❤️

Before she headed to Laughlin for her Red Hat event, we shared hours talking at Starbucks—such a gift. As a small token of appreciation from my brother Frank and me for how wonderfully she’s cared for our mom, I treated her to lunch at Zenshin at South Point. Later, she treated me to dinner at Silverado Steakhouse with her lovely friends.

One of them, Kay, has such a gift for lifting people up, and the conversation was just lovely. I loved how she edified everyone around the table.

Juanita has been so much more than a godmother to me—she’s been one of my greatest mentors, incredibly generous to me over the years, a guiding light, and truly a part of my soul.

Grateful doesn’t even begin to cover it. ❤️🥰

As a survivor of a lockdown residential program, this touched me to the depths of my soul. It hit incredibly close to home. ❤️‍🩹

Every time one of these facilities is exposed, it feels like another swing at Victory Christian Academy—the place where I was locked away.

A huge THANK YOU to Benjamin “Reckless Ben” Schneider and Sheldon Norcross for going undercover and exposing Provo Canyon School—and a very special thank you to Jordan of Str8 Outta B.S., who helped orchestrate this incredible effort. And thank you to Paris Hilton, a Provo Canyon survivor who continues fighting for change.

Provo Canyon School losing its licenses and closing is a MAJOR victory—but closure is not the same as justice. We need accountability and, where crimes can be proven, prosecution. We cannot allow abusive programs to simply disappear and rebrand.

To everyone who helped make this happen: THANK YOU for going to bat for all of us survivors. ❤️

Closing the doors is a victory.
Making sure they never reopen under another name is the mission.
