I am human. I have multiple souls who live in my body and we are family.

Today’s scripture study helped me in connecting a lot of different ideas I’ve been processing lately @johnmayer This is pen on paper. by @jenelisesowa
My son finished and framed the latest drawing in his art series. This one is crayon and marker. He used a burning technique and newspaper to add dimension to the piece. As always I’m really proud of him. Currently he’s working on a drawing in pencil. My son is 7 now @johnmayer by @jenelisesowa
And now I’m siding with Job and not God @johnmayer by @jenelisesowa
Would you like to go hammocking some day @johnmayer ? by @jenelisesowa
I came across a scripture passage this morning @johnmayer and it was deeply fascinating to me that the Gideon translation says something completely different than the King James Version. James 3:7 Maybe you can use some of the imagery from the two verses in a song on your new album? by @jenelisesowa
John completed a new piece in a series he’s been working on. I’m really proud of him. We’re looking forward to framing it. We’ve been thinking about dissonance and syncopation lately as we continue to better understand and work through our trauma @johnmayer analyzing different structures and frameworks of sound and image. There’s been a lot of weeding lately as John and I deepen our emotional connection. by @jenelisesowa
I painted this picture a number of years ago now. It was about emotional contrast @johnmayer in understanding ties in interpersonal relationships. I’ve been enjoying drawing recently, and I would also really like to paint again. I enjoy the psychological trip through worlds of emotional texture. This piece is acrylic on canvas and is about “9x9” by @jenelisesowa
My son Juan has been working on a series of drawings over the past few months @johnmayer I am really proud of how he has grown as an artist. He’s 6 right now. He was 3 when he started making artwork. As an individual he has very refined tastes and a very strong sense of self. I call him Baba. He calls me Mama. We do all our pieces together as they aid in our emotional bond and trauma recovery. I hope to one day have a home to decorate the walls with his artwork. Until that day we’re living like gypsies. by @jenelisesowa
I was looking for the right shade of blue @johnmayer baba’s favorite is the blank slate. Do you know what it is like to raise children @johnmayer ? I’m interested. by @jenelisesowa
I keep returning to this moment @johnmayer trapped in the state hospital back in July for 3 days. I’ve been feeling super numb with a dull sense of humiliation. I’m not sure what happened at the beginning of July just that it’s so deeply scared me it’s challenging to function right now. I remember being a young child a lot. I had no space to exist then either and my life was of no consequence to anyone. It’s a strange emotional and physical tapestry to be existing through in life. I know you are safe and well in your life though so that brings me peace @johnmayer You asked me to draw this picture of the “comfort room” in the hospital. I used to go in there and draw and listen to music. I feel like I’m in a flashback to when I was 5 and I dissociated for 12 years. This is crayon on sketchbook paper. by @jenelisesowa
Traveling adventures charted in crucial conversations @johnmayer and I see that now Jenelise, I am changing compulsory. by @jenelisesowa
Question what reality is every day @johnmayer we’re in a very serious relationship, irregardless of your desire to “play the man.” I feel like I’m picking petals off a daisy every day I am alive with you @johnmayer Upon reflection @johnmayer I think I used our son’s technique in creating an ecstatic dance studio in the city, to continue surviving as a human on the planet. by @jenelisesowa
