Totally late but happy 8️⃣ months Ryker!!

Bubba's grown so big and his personality is coming out more and more. He's a snuggle bug and super chill. He's been getting a lot of training and for being new at it, doing fantastic! He is super attached to his sister and will be happy to follow along with her.

He's definitely on track to be a big big boy! Can't wait to see how much he keeps growing 🤩

There are specific people and specific moments and decisions that forever change the course of your life.

For me, one these people is this amazing human @markmacdonaldpfc3. And one of those decisions was to really commit to learning to change my nutrition and turn my health around. I made the decision, but he showed me the way.

It’s been the most incredible 5 years of my life, delving and growing into the world of nutrition and holistic wellness.

Because of his impact in my life, I am also committed to making an impact and pay that gift forward.

Happy 7️⃣ months Ryker!

Ryker is definitely the biggest in the house! He might be big but he's still the baby though. He has learned to share his feelings out loud and sometimes he's deep and fierce and a lot of times, he's gentle and unsure. He loves being around his sister and adores cuddles with mom and dad. He's still the goofiest boy around!

Life by the numbers:
1️⃣ year later
3️⃣0️⃣ lbs down
1️⃣4️⃣ inches lost

No running, some lifting, Better supplement stacks and tools = a healthier, tinier me

In comparison to my healthy version 4 years ago, as of today, I am still:
🔟lbs lighter (give or take)
5️⃣ inches smaller

More muscle mass, more proportionate me is way healthier than the running fiend I was before 🤷🏻‍♀️

While it doesn’t look like it, I am still smaller. Crazy right 🤯

Oh and just for fun- me in a GIRLS 5️⃣-6️⃣ shirt 😂

Happy Happy 1st Birthday Mishka!!

Our dearest little girl is 1 year old today. She’s barely 40lbs and sleek and slim and she prances around like the prettiest dog around. She runs our household like a boss and her attitude is written all over her face.

She might drive us crazy with all her sassy talking and attention seeking, but we wouldn’t trade her for the world. Our life is never dull and she fills each day with entertainment.

Happy 6 months Ryker!!
(yes a day late too 🤦🏼‍♀️)

Ryker is still the sweetest, happiest boy. He's surpassed Mishka in size this month and he's on track to be a big puppy. He loves to cuddle and plop everywhere on the couch. He still enjoys chewing on yak chews. He's also learning to talk more which is either a whine or a big boy deep bark and it's adorable.

Happy 11 months Mishka! (A day late, Oops!)

This girl is getting sassier and louder by the day. She shed her whole coat and got a sleek and slim and she loves how pretty she feels. Still obsessively chews on her toys and yak chews and loves to bother her brother all the time!

Happy 4th of July!! 🎆 🇺🇸

Huge shoutout to Teagan @sincitystylinglv for taking great care of our puppies today 😍

Mishka finally blew out her full coat- she's stunning now and looks like she lost 20 lbs (see before floofiness and the massive amounts of fur she kept losing 🤣)
Ryker is looking extra handsome now too with a little less fur 🤩

Also, Ryker weighed in heavier (41lbs) than Mishka (38lbs) today. He's gonna be one big boy!
