Before life became full of responsibilities, I danced.

I loved the feeling of moving without thinking, expressing myself without needing words. I loved being in front of the camera too. Acting gave me permission to step into different stories while somehow discovering more of my own.

Then life happened.

Work. Family. Expectations. The endless list of things that felt more important than the things I loved.

For a long time, I convinced myself those parts of me belonged to another chapter.

But I’ve realised something in my 50s.

The things we loved weren’t left behind because they stopped mattering. They were simply waiting for us to come back.

So I’ve started saying yes again.

Yes to dancing.
Yes to acting.
Yes to feeling a little nervous and a lot alive.

Not because I’m trying to relive my younger years, but because I’m finally giving myself permission to live this one fully.

I think that’s one of the greatest gifts of this decade.

You stop asking for permission to be who you’ve always been.

At PRIME, we’re celebrating women who are rediscovering the passions they put on hold. Because your 50s aren’t about becoming someone new.

For our body art project, we transformed our model into Mother Earth, using body paint to represent the devastating impact of oil pollution on our planet. 🖤🌊

This timelapse captures the transformation from start to finish turning the human body into a canvas to tell a story about the beauty of our Earth, the damage we cause, and the importance of protecting what we have.

Last Saturday I had the honour of wearing this exquisite gown created by the extraordinary @morenomarcosofficial for the series finale of @globaltopsupermodel.official in which I was a finalist.

This photo doesn’t do the gown justice. For now it’s a reminder of how proud and delighted I was to wear it… and it complemented my hair colour perfectly!😉❤️
