A little bit of fiddle and a whole lot of country gold... by @jenjoytaylor

Couldn't let the day pass without wishing Jared a very Happy 23rd Birthday! Jared, you just keep growing into a wonderful, mature, young man. Dad and I love you! Thanks for all the laughter you bring! Hope your day was great! by @jenjoytaylor

"...and no one will take your joy from you. " John 16:22.

Today we celebrated with Jared as he made his Profession of Faith. We were filled with joy watching Jared stand and show his commitment to living a life with and for his Savior, Jesus Christ. Many prayers have been answered! God is at work in Jared's life, along with each of us! ❣️ by @jenjoytaylor

Happy Birthday, Jaaon! Our "little" guy is suddenly 27! How did that happen? We pray God continues to bless you in the coming year! Keep a little humor in each day along the way! Today we "clink" toast you! Love you, bud! 🥰 by @jenjoytaylor

Canada Day 7... half of our group left this morning, so we had Jared in the boat for our last day of fishing. Fishing was slow, but we had a few nice walleye! We explored a new beach area... this one was super cool! It was hot, so we headed in around 1 to load up the boats and pack. We attempted to eat at this cool place called Whiskey Jack, but the power had gone out an hour before we arrived. Bummer. So we ended vacation with some pizza and ice cream at a cafe in Ear Falls as we all yawned. 😂 by @jenjoytaylor

Canada Day 5... More big fish (over 24") were caught! I barely snagged a 28.5", but Jordan got it in the net for me! Even Duff got himself a big one thanks to Eric! 😉 We stopped at the sand bar to cool off. Us ladies walked to the end of the bar. We fed Northern from the dock... so fun to watch! We finished the day with a "gut run" with Scott, the resort owner. They bring the fish guts a couple miles down the road. We were lucky enough to see a wolf come out to eat! He's had wolves, bear and moose on various occasions. by @jenjoytaylor

Canada Day 5... the morning started off with Dan putting on a fishing clinic for Jordan & I. I lost my Wonder Bread lure along with others while watching Dan catch many large fish! Several other big fish were caught as well! Cody (the dog) did a lot of swimming during our shore lunch! It was so hot this afternoon and no breeze. So we quit a little early and headed to shore. Finished the day with some quality horse racing... and yes, Eric actually won with his single card which was a NINE! 😂😂 by @jenjoytaylor

Canada Day 4... the fishing was slow today, but we caught enough for another fish fry on shore for lunch! Jared found a tiny toad. The shorelines are breathtaking! I caught a 26.5" and my legs were shaking after it was finally safe in the boat! Cody, Van Schepen's black lab, is loved by all! ❣️ by @jenjoytaylor

Canada Day 3... Our day started off with an hour long ride to our fishing spot... you can see Jordan was thrilled (she listened to 1.5 chapters of her audio book on the ride!) 😂 We had great fishing, and Cade caught a 26", 27", and 28" walleye! Another fun shore lunch - the hot dogs hit the spot! Dan caught a 35" Northern which was fun to watch! We ended the day with some horse racing! Oh the laughter cheering for our horses! 😁 by @jenjoytaylor

Canada Day 2... A great first day of fishing! We had two 21" walleye in our boat, but 4 were over 24" in other boats! We had an amazing shore lunch of fish tacos and baked beans! So much catching and releasing! We saw planes land and take off - fascinating! We are all a bit wind burnt and sun kissed tonight! 🧡 by @jenjoytaylor

Canada Day 1... traveling with 6 boats! Only had to change 1 tire on a boat trailer (not ours!). 😉 Beautiful scenery along the drive! ❤️ by @jenjoytaylor

Mother of the groom looking fabulous tonight! 🥰 Beautiful wedding! Gorgeous venue! by @jenjoytaylor
