Trying to absorb all the information that’s out there about ADHD/AuDHD in a meaningful way that changes your habits is not the definition of giving yourself a break, okay? There is no perfect way, and so trying to find the perfect way is literally a waste of your time. If there was a perfect way, I would tell you. I would sell it to you for one million dollars. by @jenkirkman

Comment WHORE and I’ll DM you the link for your tanks at 25% off!! These are designed by me and have been in my merch store forever. Made in the USA and sent to you from the Midwest xo ❤️ by @jenkirkman

90s house party gone wrong! Happy Halloween! Here is Finding the Asshole Chapter 3. Horror comedy short that is delightfully mental. Written and directed by ME. DP extraordinaire @andychinn

The talent in this is next level. @detrinis @trickybear @ozzymo @stonestanger @xtina_catherine @sheilatabasco @lanamckissack @just_donzell @jenkirkman @jimmyfowlie @colleenlabella

My goal is to try something different every time I direct and I think this def hit that bench mark. Maybe it will land more since horror comedy is in now. My dream is for my work to find its audience. If you like this repost it.

That example of the math class is where I fail over and over in life. That is the crux of my ADHD: I cannot slow down enough and be methodical enough to show my work, or for me to even remember my work, or to document my work, or to look at these things I’m doing as little experiments. Instead, I have an idea, and I want to fulfill it from zero to finished quickly in one big, grand stroke. If that doesn’t work, I’m not interested anymore! by @jenkirkman

My message to men like this guy - thank you and stay angry at the other men. It’s gonna be a long journey and getting 10% to like your stuff is huge. It’s sad but you gotta have the stamina of a woman to survive this - if you really want to jump into this kind of content making - take it from me. You. Need. Stamina. Now excuse me while I sit back and let other people scream for a bit. ❤️💜 by @jenkirkman

**🎧 I want to reiterate how much of this is neuroscience. If we keep doing something, the brain’s like, “Guess this is what we’re doing. Let me lock in a well-worn groove. Let’s keep walking that path.” We think that’s keeping us safe. You have to decide you’re going to open up another path.** by @jenkirkman
