Sharing the things I actually love 🤍

POSTS STORIES REELS

After 25 years behind the chair, it takes something different to impress me!

Trying Redken’s NEW Acidic Cleansing Mist Dry Shampoo, and I’m loving that it’s not your typical aerosol dry shampoo.

It’s a wet, refreshing mist, smells amazing, and can we talk about the VOLUME it leaves behind?!
Not an aerosol 🤍
Definitely a different dry shampoo experience, and I’m here for it!

Caramel acorn squash protein muffins 🧁🍂 A little fall breakfast experiment using what I had! Gluten-free and dairy-free.

Ingredients
• ¾ cup gluten-free Measure for Measure flour
• ½ cup caramel bone broth protein powder
• ½ cup cooked, cooled, mashed acorn squash
• 3 whole eggs + 2 extra egg whites
• 2 tbsp olive oil or melted coconut oil
• 1 tsp baking powder
• 1 tsp cinnamon
• 1 tsp vanilla
• Pinch of salt
• Optional: 1 tbsp maple syrup
• Almond milk or water, only if needed

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease or line a muffin tin.
2. Whisk eggs, extra whites, squash, oil, and vanilla together. Add maple syrup if using.
3. Stir in flour, protein powder, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
4. Rest batter for 5 minutes. If too thick to scoop, add almond milk or water a tablespoon at a time.
5. Divide into about 6 muffin cups, filling ¾ full.
6. Bake 18–25 minutes, until centers are set and a toothpick comes out without wet batter. Cool 10 minutes before removing.

Save this for your next fall baking day! 🤎

Still Starting the mornings the right way☀️, getting light in my eyes, and starting the day with our @summitsalonacademyperrysburg students for business week! by @jenn.oconnor

A little garden picking, a little tomato roasting, and a little baby Luna 🍅🐾 Saturday morning spent saving a taste of summer for winter. Future me is going to love this. 🤍 by @jenn.oconnor

Survival at 45: new puppy, no sleep, and three steps to keep my marriage intact. 😂🐾 Apparently “she’s so cute” doesn’t count as a sleep strategy. Anyone else forget how exhausting the puppy stage is? 😂🐾

I almost didn’t post this one.

I heard Gary Vee talking with Mel Robbins, 2 of my favorite people to listen to, about sharing the thing you’re most insecure about… and this is mine.

That feeling of wondering if I’m enough.

So I’m practicing something new—showing up before everything feels perfect, talking about the real stuff, and figuring it out as I go.

I’ve been sharing more of this side of me over on TikTok lately—my morning habits, getting light in my eyes, health, plants, life, and apparently now my insecurities too 😂

If you’re over there, come find me and follow along. 🤍also I tagged them if you need inspiration, information or a good listen 🙏🏻 by @jenn.oconnor

I’ve been thinking about this a lot lately… stress is going to happen. We can’t control everything that comes at us, and honestly that’s not even the goal.

The goal is taking care of ourselves so when life does get stressful, our bodies and our minds are better prepared to handle it.

That’s why I’ve been trying to focus on all the little things… getting outside, moving my body, eating better, getting light in my eyes in the morning, practicing gratitude and just being more intentional about taking care of myself.

Definitely not doing it perfectly 😂 just practicing.

Because we can’t always control what happens, but we can keep working on how we handle it. 🤍 by @jenn.oconnor

A walk in the rain, a little adventure, and a whole lot to be grateful for. 🤍

Talking about our new puppy, trying on the name Luna 🌙, and realizing sometimes the best moments are the ones you didn’t plan.

Rainy hair, muddy shoes, fresh air… I’ll take it. ☔️🐾

Hair extensions are one of those things people tend to overthink.

Sometimes a little extra fullness is EVERYTHING. And if you want the dramatic transformation from short to long, we can do that too.

Extensions have come such a long way—installation can be faster, more comfortable, and more affordable than you might think.

A quick consultation can answer all the questions: cost, maintenance, method + what would actually work for YOUR hair. 🤍 by @jenn.oconnor

Capes on. Real life off. Time for a little hair therapy. 🤍

Three clients, three transformations, and my favorite part of the day—getting to make someone feel even better when they leave my chair than when they sat down.

10 years as shareholders… but our story started long before that. 🤍

Before they were partners, they came to us as babies in the industry—fresh out of school, ready to learn and figure out where this career could take them.

We trained them watched them train, grow behind the chair, build their books, create incredible relationships with clients and form friendships with each other. Eventually, they weren’t just finding their place in the company—they were helping pave the way for what it would become.

Then came partnership and ownership.

Over all these years, we’ve trained together, traveled together, celebrated huge wins and walked through some incredibly hard losses. We’ve watched careers grow, families grow, friendships deepen and life change in ways none of us could have predicted.

Looking through these old pictures, I’m reminded that this was never just about becoming partners.

It’s about growing up in this industry together, believing in each other, and building something that became so much bigger than any of us could have built alone.

10 years of partnership, and so many more years of history. What a ride. 🤍 love you guys and am grateful for all the time together 💜🙏🏻 by @jenn.oconnor

A little garden update 🌿🍅

From morning glories climbing everywhere to veggies making their way straight from the garden to the kitchen counter. There’s something so satisfying about growing food, watching it change every day, and then actually getting to cook with it.

August in the garden might be my favorite. 🌱✨
