POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

what I love and hate about Michigan is that it was 78 degrees on a Tuesday in mid October, but we took the opportunity for one last beach hurrah so come with us as we wave goodbye to summers end. 🌊

a small fall haul 🤎🧶And a few tips for your next thrift trip ⬇️

•always check the men’s section - it’s a great spot to find oversized knits and button downs this time of year !
•look through the go back racks. Someone has already done the hard work for you & you can oftentimes find some real gems ✨
•be sure to look at the “new” racks - these are often at the very back of the store by the dressing rooms or at the front of the store waiting to go out. Most often these are untouched. It’s where I found the Brooks Brothers sweater in this reel!
•everyone always says go first thing but have you tried going late in the day , maybe an hour before close? There’s often a wave of new product they roll out toward the end of the day and it’s prime time.

Happy Thrifting!

nothing makes my mama heart happier than my daughter asking me to play John Denver 🥹💗 when she was in utero, we lived in Colorado and I listened to A LOT of John Denver. From a month old when she was fussy because she wouldn’t nap, I’d put The Beach Boys or The Beatles on my record player and we’d dance it out until we both stopped crying. 🤷🏼‍♀️ so it’s no surprise that “Take Me Home, Country Roads” or “Barbara Ann” have been some of her most requested songs since she could talk….least until we learned about Taylor Swift. 😂 by @jenn____scott
