It is true that human babies have survived for millenia without modern medical interventions. For the vast majority of human history, natural biological processes, maternal instincts, and community support were the only tools available to keep infants alive. This is not medical advice. Just my own personal experience. Trust your intuition always.

Sooo, you guys know I have been going through it in this postpartum period. My moods have been all over the place... anxiety, depression... it's real guys... and was heavily debating going on over the counter stuff... and those who know me understand I will try the holistic route first. So glad I did. This is a blend of ashawada and saffron. Perfect to balance out moods. I am not making medical claims but this helped me. I am so grateful and I needed to share 🙏
