--I Am Truly Blessed I have the absolute greatest job. I get to change peoples lives. I get to improve the quality of life. I do this with clients all over the world. Yes, I have a private personal training studio, but I also train people on Zoom around the United States and currently in Mexico and Italy. I also have online clients that I don’t see that check in with me daily or weekly. i’ve coached people between the ages of 16 and 84. I’ve coached women through pregnancy and menopause. I’ve worked with men and women through surgeries and many medical conditions. I’ve helped people get off medication. I’ve lost count of how many people I’ve helped lose over 100 pounds. All of this has had a tremendous impact on their life outside of the gym. ❀Client Highlight❀Dee Dee’s Testimony I was a little skeptical about joining Aguirre Fitness. I felt it was probably a weight loss program making false promises. After speaking with Jennifer (Jenn) I decided to try the program for only one month. Turned out to be one of the best decisions I've ever made.I began working with Jenn 13 years ago at the young age of 45 and approximately 230lbs. I really considered myself a fairly active person. I would go to the gym on a regular basis but I looked and felt the same and definitely wasn't losing any weight. Jenn designed a program specifically for me to lose a "few" pounds. This consisted of a food plan and exercise which consisted of daily cardio and five days a week of weight training with her in the studio. Fast forward about a year and I lost a total 78lbs. I immediately noticed my sleeping and mood were better, my energy level had increased. I also began to notice muscle and body curves that I had never seen before. My confidence increased and I felt and looked better than I had ever before. The program also taught me patience, the weight didn't come off over night.The health and fitness life is part of my daily routine. I still train with Jenn to this date managing maintenance. She coached me through several knee surgeries and when I reached that special stage of life for many women when your body and mental start to rebel {menopause}. She continues to guide, encourage and hold me accountable in my health and fitness journey. --Funny thing about social media...Most days, the negativity rolls right off my shoulders. Yesterday wasn’t one of those days.I woke up to a lot of criticism, rude comments, and negativity online. Some days it’s easy to brush it off. Other days it hits a little harder.So I did what I’ve learned to do over the years, and what I teach my clients to do when negative self-talk starts getting loud.I got quiet and reminded myself of what is true.I gave myself a few compliments. I focused on my strengths. I reminded myself of the things I’m proud of.And I remembered that people who are truly happy with their lives rarely spend their time tearing down strangers on the internet.If you’re having one of those days, don’t let someone else’s negativity become your inner voice.Be kinder to yourself than the world is.You deserve that.I heard the noise, and I’m moving forward anyway by @jennaguirre7877

It’s almost impossible to be around him and not leave in a better mood.Over the years, so many of you have watched him share morning affirmations, remind people not to worry so much about what others think, and spread positivity in a way that comes so naturally to him.
