I still don’t think my heart has caught up with the fact that Miss America’s Teen is over. 🤍

I went into this week knowing I was going to compete, but I left realizing this experience was about so much more than a crown. Every time I walked onto that stage, I thought about every child with a disability whose voice deserves to be heard, every student who has taught me that communication looks different for everyone, and every person who has ever wondered if they truly belong. I did this for them. I carried their stories with me through every interview, every appearance, and every time I stepped on that stage.

And somehow, in one short week, 51 girls who started as strangers became 51 of my new best friends. Leaving them was by far the hardest part. We shared the nerves, the tears, the laughter, the late nights, the celebrations, and so many little moments that I know I’ll never forget. I came home with 51 new sisters, and saying goodbye to them felt way too soon.

I’m also endlessly grateful for my family. Having them there through this entire journey meant more than I can put into words. They saw the early mornings, the long days, the nerves, the tears, the excitement, and every little moment in between. They were there because they believed in this dream just as much as I did, and I will forever be grateful that I got to experience it with them.

There’s a feeling I’m taking with me from this week: sometimes people come into your life for a season, but they leave a permanent piece of themselves in your heart. That’s what this week gave me.

Miss America’s Teen 2026, thank you for changing me, challenging me, and giving me 51 people I never knew I needed. I’ll carry this week, these girls, and every child I did this for with me wherever I go.

Wyoming, I’m proudly yours!
