Then this evening, I got to meet my favourite contest from this year’s Traitors @harriet_tyce !! Was rooting for Harriet to win, but the cat got amongst the pigeons, Roxy and it wasn’t to be!! Was trying to hold out buying her latest book until it was in paperback, like my other Harriet books, but the premise got too much and I caved 😂🙈 another fabulous evening with @waterstonesliverpool @clareyb89 and I can’t wait for more bookish adventures soon!! #harriettyce #witchtrial #waterstonesliverpool #bookstagram #thetraitors by @jennmck88

Busy top and tail to this weekend… but I wouldn’t change a single second! Starting with a trip to Sunderland on Friday to finally see @womaninmindplay @sheridansmithster @romeshranga and boy what a play it was!! Such fun, I can’t remember the last time I laughed so much - and that was just at the playlist before the play and in the interval!! 🤣🙈 (the play wasn’t too shabby either 😉) lovely to meet Romesh after and see Sheridan again after almost three years!! 🩷🩷 still curious if the police man who stopped looking to meet Romesh managed it on Saturday?! 🤣 Also saw Ann Ming, but didn’t get a chance to speak to her! And we even managed to fit in a long overdue catch up with @xhannahanderson #womaninmind #womaninmindplay #sheridansmith #romeshranganathan #sunderlandempire by @jennmck88

This Hamilton song feels like the best way to describe this weekend, it has been absolutely non-stop!! As much as I’ve been dreading the tiredness and exhaustion that my body will plague me with, it has definitely been one of the best weekends and I wouldn’t have changed a single second of it! 🩷
Starting with Hamilton @liverpool_empire on Friday night… what a show it is!! Just phenomenal and the cast are just so talented!
Then, what an eventful day trying to see the wonderfully talented @theashleyday and the cast of @comefallinlovemusical !! Everyone needs to see this beauty of a show! And as I said last night, everything happens for a reason and we were clearly destined for the evening show, so that I could be reunited with @minimiiiii after waaaaaaay too long! And finally meet her wonderful husband mark! 🩷🩷
And finally, this evening was a stunning night @storyhouselive with their crime fiction panel, hosted by the fabulous @louiseminchin with @cltaylorauthor @fionacumminsauthor and @hayley.scrivenor ! So many books to read and discover, I definitely won’t live long enough to read them all! 😂 maybe between @clareyb89 and I we can cover them all? 😂
Make sure you find a girl who can do all three! 😂 but now I’m off to sleep for about a month 😂😴

Then to round off the week - a day in London and a second trip to @friendstheexperience !! Very tiring but fun day all around! And we even managed to see some queens from @rupaulsdragcon whilst we were sitting in Costa!! It’s been a while since I’ve been touristy in London, but definitely needed today to recover!! #london #friendsexperience #bigben #buckinghampalace #dragconuk taken in London, United Kingdom by @jennmck88

And of course @thequeenpriyanka brought her amazing drag mama along again @xtacylove ! After seeing her perform in Liverpool 3 years ago and regretting not saying anything, I was determined this time to rectify it and not regret it this time!! She’s such a fierce queen and an inspiration to all 🩷🩷 such an honour to meet her and she’s so lovely - but next time, I’m expecting the pink hair!! 😉 #xtacylove #dragqueen #canada #devastatia #devastatiaworldtour #priyanka taken in The Deaf Institute by @jennmck88

After a busy few days, time to update the grid. What an amazing time seeing @thequeenpriyanka again after 2 and a half years of her being away from the UK! So amazing to watch her perform again and of course get a massive hug from her!! Please don’t leave it so long next time!! #priyanka #devastatia #devastatiaworldtour #canadasdragrace #uktour #dragqueen #favourite taken in The Deaf Institute by @jennmck88

Lots of highs and lows as usual, this year… Leaving people in a year never feels right, but they’ll never be forgotten! 🩷🩷

You are here at the start of a moment.
One final trip to the rock before the tour ends and introducing @missandreamaria19 to the wonders of @comefromawayuk (and to her first stage door experience)! 💙💛 always good to see @markdugdale01 as much as people think we hate each other when they see us together!! 😂 (for posterity - he did call me the Beyoncé of our destiny’s child today!! 😂😂) and although he wasn’t on stage, the Michelle of our destiny’s child trio, it was lovely to see and catch up with @alynhawke as always (he’s Michelle because he knows better than to send a text using excel! 🤣🤣🤣) what a wonderful day to remember peoples kindness and generosity in the midst of Christmas celebrations was exactly what I needed 💙💛 love this show so much, hope it’s not the last we see of this glorious musical!!
