A sad day on earth, but such a beautiful day in doggy heaven ☁️🐾

I still remember the first day I laid eyes on her. I just knew she was going to be my best friend for a long, long time and she truly was. I got Harlow when I was 18, right at the beginning of figuring out who I was, and somehow she ended up walking beside me through so much of that journey.

She was there for some of the hardest, darkest moments of my life. When I felt completely lost, broken, or like I had hit rock bottom, I always knew I could go home to my Harlow bb. She saved me more times than she’ll ever know. She gave me comfort, purpose, and a reason to keep going when I needed it most.

I’m so grateful that when life changed and I moved into a home with other dogs she couldn’t quite get along with, my sister, Jenna stepped in and loved her as her own. She became the best mommy to my girl, and it means everything to me knowing Harlow got to be surrounded by so much love for all these years.

What a gift it is to have a dog who belongs to your whole family. Harlow was our baby for sure. She was truly the sweetest, funniest, sassiest, bitchiest little pup there ever was, just like her mommies💕

We were so incredibly lucky to have her for as long as we did, but somehow it still doesn’t feel like enough. Today she went in peace with Jenna & I holding her as she crossed the rainbow bridge🌈☁️

I love you forever, my Harlito Burrito. ❤️
