This is Sculptural Face Lifting. ✨

For four glorious days, in the most magical setting, @sarrastudios and I had the privilege of joining ten incredible women to learn from the masterful @abimaeve_ and immerse ourselves in the transformative art of Sculptural Face Lifting (SFL).

Created by @yakov_gershkovich , Sculptural Face Lifting is a beautiful natural facial rejuvenation method inspired by the healing power of conscious touch and focused attention, and guided by source energy and unconditional LOVE. It is truly a gift to both give and receive this extraordinary practice and we cannot wait to share the magic of SFL with our beloved community. 💖

Thank you to @yakov_gershkovich for bringing this method to life and for sharing it with the world.

Thank you to @abimaeve_ for your guidance, your wisdom, your faith, your kindness and your authenticity. You led us through this special training with integrity and love and we became a family. I will cherish this experience forever.

Astray in the shadows
Devoured by fear

To learn
To love
With
Patience and compassion
Honesty and understanding
I will never forget
These beautiful humans
Forever connected
By a wrinkle in time
Forever transformed
Into people we forgot we were and always dreamed we could become

2025 was undoubtedly one of the hardest and most transformative periods in my life. It was a year of deep and painful personal exploration that required intense faith, resilience and recovery. I am grateful for the immense support I received- the incredible humans- family, friends, clients who showed up for me and tirelessly reminded me of who I truly Am. I will never forget. I am also grateful for the people who couldn’t- creating new space and fresh opportunity for true love and real connection. I am grateful for God - for guiding me, protecting me and redirecting me away from harm and toward all that is for my highest and best good.

I dedicate this post to Anyone who is suffering from mental health issues, chronic pain and any other “invisible” dis-ease. Unless we share, no one knows. And there isn’t one person on the planet who hasn’t felt a type of mental, physical, hormonal and/or emotional pain at some point in their life.

So with that, I declare: I see You. I am here for You. You are not forgotten. You are never alone. You are loved. Have faith. And don’t hesitate to reach out.

:: we are vessels of divine light here to give, and receive and become more LOVE. it’s what we do with all that love that becomes our LIFE and our legacy.

@jennopeka and I are overflowing with gratitude returning from Santa Barbara, CA…a place near and dear to our hearts…where we received the most incredible SFL training from @abimaeve_ who poured into us all of her great gifts, and supported us fully while ours began to flow. we are in awe of her mastery and grateful for her guidance. 🙏🏻

@yakov_gershkovich Sculptural Face Lifting method is, at it’s core, rooted in this LOVE. without this love, true beauty cannot be met. our mountain top perch was overflowing with all of that pure energy. the integrity, wisdom and beauty of this method, honored by this powerful group of women, was inspiring on every level. it will certainly keep our hearts full to the brim, humble and ready to give back all that we received :: 🍯

The girl with the megawatt smile…

I had the very big honor of wedding makeup-prepping my gorgeous friend and longtime Sarra client, Julie and her lovely family over the weekend. We met a long time and many, many studio “meetings” ago (insert Lauren) and I’m just so thrilled that she’s found her “forever”.

A little late to post, but my Bestie and I will be celebrating THIS VERY SPECIAL lady’s weekend for years to come. The Wards have been Sarra clients since the very beginning and nothing makes us happier than to be a part of an epic milestone event that has been conceptualized on day 1 in the brow chair.

Mariah, you are the true definition of all-encompassing beauty. Your radiant light shines for miles and your heart spans broader than any ocean. Being a part of your wedding day was the greatest honor and the perfect way to kick-off a perfect weekend full of magic, love and pure delight in the most special place.
