LOCAL BUSINESS SHOUT!!

There is something incredibly therapeutic about dancing to the beat of your own drum. But sometimes you just need to throw on a flannel, blast the music and let your body feel the vibes with a bunch of likeminded, awesome chicks.

Danielle at @dfitnessstudio thank you for offering this incredibly empowering, fun and encouraging class. Check her out!

It’s back to school which means it’s sick season. Support your immune system from the inside out. Here are my personal favorite go tos:

- Liposomal Vitamin C
- Zinc
- Vitamin D
- CoQ10
- NAC
- Fish oil

P.S. thanks @nsc_trainingcenter for the heavy bag therapy today.. I forgot how much I missed training

Sunday Scaries: Wall Township PD Part 2- how my 6 visits “never occurred” yet I have all the reports?

Now if you’re lying here- Im almost positive you lied to others above you who serve and protect….

But hey- it is October and it is Domestic Violence Awareness month and I fully intend to bring awareness to the gross injustice this police department has done to my daughters and I. 🤠🤠

And yes- I had to speed up the audio to shorten the post so that’s why my voice tone has changed- get over it- it’s how you get traction on the algorithm.
