POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

If you would have told me 20 years ago that I would get back into pageants in my 40s, that I would be your Mrs. Massachusetts America, and that I would embark on a campaign to raise awareness about something that almost broke me… I would never have believed you.

But here we are. I am a healing mother with a mission to be the voice I know at least one other mother out there needs me to be.

I want women to know healing is possible, and their hardest chapters can still lead to a powerful purpose.

And I’m here to prove that women don’t fade when they become mothers—we evolve.

In just a few weeks I will give it my all at the Mrs. America pageant to raise awareness and break the silence around postpartum depression and pregnancy loss.

Win or lose, my goal will be to show up in the best version I can be and continue to spread my message:

1. There is nothing wrong with you.
2. You are not alone.
3. It will get better.

I am forever grateful for this opportunity and for every single one of your support. God knows I wouldn’t be here if you hadn’t made me believe it was possible. So to each one of you, THANK YOU.

So here’s my story!

I ‘m proud to share it in hopes that I reach someone who may need to hear it.

Sometimes you just need to see that there’s other people out there who went through what you are going through and came out on the other side.

My healing journey has been a long road, but I’m just getting started. Healing is not a destination. It’s like exercise, it’s a lifestyle. And I’m enjoying the ride.

Training week, but make it unforgettable. ⚡️🎶

Lillian and Maury came to Denver to train… and of course, we had to make time for a little fun, too! 🤍

Great training, great people, and a Weezer concert to top it all off. 🎸

Because being part of the EMS to You family means building memories along the way.

When someone with a fitness background experiences EMS for the first time, the reaction says a lot. ⚡️

Our newest Connecticut trainer, Maury, came into his EMS to You training with years of experience in personal training and fitness—and left with an entirely new perspective on what technology can bring to the fitness experience.

From learning the equipment to experiencing the technology firsthand, Maury was impressed by the level of innovation, personalization, and potential that whole-body EMS brings to the industry.

And that’s exactly what we love about EMS to You: we’re not replacing great trainers—we’re giving great trainers another powerful tool to help their clients reach their goals.

We’re excited to have Maury joining Lillian’s Connecticut team and can’t wait to see the impact they make in their community. 🤍

The future of fitness is here. And it’s personal. ⚡️
