Allow me to reintroduce myself 🖖🏾

It’s time to start building again. I have a newly redesigned website! (Flipped it and revamped it!) and I am ready to start sharing my ideas, problem solving and offering my graphic design services!

I've been fully living in my new era of rest.🎍It was long overdue, at first I panicked in its presence and then slowly started to adjust to it. I have learned a tremendous amount during this time and have scaled many things back to basics. Back to my joys, doing things at my own pace and trialling what works and does not work for me.

Being nervous will have you doing things; it'll have you holding yourself back.

"Sometimes I get super nervous when it comes to sharing my work, simply because I love it so much. I overthink how it will be perceived".

🗣️ She got a new Mini Portfolio! 💐

I have been making the space to create, explore and make mistakes again. I have adored this time to play about with some new pieces ✨

I posted this on LinkedIn earlier in the week and it needs space here ✨

It’s been one month since I chose myself and my needs in this frantic world. Let’s talk about it.

I have taken the time out for myself, uninterrupted and filled with joy. I've been fully engaged with my communities, I am living life! I have been prioritising my mental health and slowness (which are so key to life - try it; you know you need it) while reminding myself just who the F!@% I am! I am giving myself the flowers.

I am even making the space to create, explore and make mistakes again. My mood has shifted and I have a new perspective on the places I would rather be and those I would rather not.

I am currently on a retreat for a few days. I’ll be back with something exciting 🤩 (watch this space!). This is a reminder to drink some water and appreciate what is happening now.

To whoever is still here reading this, I say to you: Protect your energy, move away from things that do not fill your cup or serve your purpose, remember who the ‘F’ you are and have a great day.

And as Earth, Wind and Fire say, “You're a shining star, No matter who you are, Shining bright to see, What you could truly be” ✨ by @jennybee_graphics
