We get asked all the time if we process and smoke sport fishing catch, the answer is no we are not set up to process large amounts…

Some exciting news. We are currently working on our recipe for Chinook Salmon nuggets. They are absolutely delicious and a perfect treat without the candied sugars. More info coming very soon.

Hope everyone had a great summer!!

Brentwood Bay !
Had a charter cancel last minute so me and Pops decided to head out to Brentwood Bay and try our luck at the old cement plant…. Wow the fish are definitely in and within two hours we had what we needed despite the fact we had quite the whale show heading into the bay… Today both my Peetz Money spoon and anchovy we’re getting the job done. Nice to see the retention rules change today finally some happiness the anglers on the Peninsula. Once again, big shout out to my friends at Ultradeck such an amazing product!!!!…. by @jennyssmokeshack

Feels good to be back in the micro kitchen processing yesterday‘s catch. Even the odd mackerel was spotted in the mix…

Thank you so much for the continued support. We have the best retailers and customers out there. If you’re waiting for a backorder, please be patient they are coming.

Fun day down at Peetz hanging out with Robert never gets old. We even had a visit by Bill one of the previous long time owners and Grant McPherson stopped by…Exciting to see the changes that are coming. This company could not be in better hands!!!… That being said small business is an uphill grind so please support Peetz stop in and see Robert and show your support by picking up some goodies.

Super fun afternoon with these two crazies!!! I must say there was a little elder abuse, but I will let it slide… caught probably 15 to 20 fish all just undersize but lots of fun!!!!
