So glad no one else was available for this assignment ;) Our photo made during the 300SL classic last year was chosen for American Photography 42! Nice to be among the photographers recognized by @american_photography_winners 💛 taken in Utah, USA by @jensenlarson

We are very honored to have our work featured in this latest @golfdigest special edition celebrating Tiger Woods. We photographed these images on December 3, 2020 in the garage of a rented home in Palm Beach Gardens, FL. This was our first cover shoot for Golf Digest. Tiger Woods, one assistant, during a pandemic, at the end of a loooooong production day. The magazine would hopefully get 30 minutes with him. No pressure!

Mr. Woods had a hard out at 3:00pm. He walked onto our set at 2:52. He agreed to stay an extra couple of minutes. We managed to get all three set-ups shot in ten minutes for a cover and eight inside pages.

We are super thankful to our editor @benwalton_gd for trusting us to crush this one with no editors on set, no Zoom art direction, and no digi tech. This issue was designed by @schlizam and @chloeweiss and is a beautiful time-capsule filled with killer images by @domfurore, @walteriooss, @jdcubes, @donaldmiralle, @davidcannongolfphoto, and @golfcourse_photography. It’s printed on a thick matte stock. We hope everyone checks it out!

A very special thanks to our colleague @elinsmier for helping us light these sets and keeping our blood pressure in check, especially when Eric failed his first two Covid temperature checks at our 6am call time. 😳😷

We hope Tiger Woods continues to recover from the injuries he sustained in February. As this special edition makes very clear, nobody has had a larger impact on this sport than he has. by @jensenlarson

When we photographed him at a tennis clinic, he immediately picked the smallest, shyest kid to be on his team.

Actor Aaron Paul seems to be absolutely loving life and it’s really fun to make portraits of someone who sets everyone around them at ease with their joy and humility.
