Our big girl is all moved in and ready for year 2. She’s all set with great friends as roommates and one helluva view of Memorial Stadium from their apartment! Greta is ready to live here in 4 years! Heck, I’d live here. 😂 #goiu #indianauniversity taken in Bloomington, Indiana by @jenshort77

Are these a true Goodles dupe? I guess we’ll have to test them out to see. The Aldi version was $2.69 and the Goodles run about $3.19 at Kroger. #aldi #aldifinds by @jenshort77

If you've been following real estate headlines lately, you've probably noticed a lot of mixed messages.

That's because today's market looks very different depending on who you are.

Some homeowners are leveraging years of equity to make their next move. First-time buyers are navigating affordability challenges while waiting for the right opportunity. And younger generations are entering the market on their own terms.

The takeaway? There isn't one housing market; there are many.

That's why local guidance and a personalized strategy matter more than ever.

Which generation do you think is shaping the market the most right now?

Few things spark stronger opinions than something this simple.

That’s part of the fun. 🍦
