Hi I’m Jenna — I’m 25, living in Dubai, and so excited to announce that I’m training to become a Reformer and Mat Pilates instructor✨

I tried my first class back in 2023 and instantly fell in love. It brought me peace, strength, and a sense of connection I didn’t know I needed.
Two years later, I’ve left the corporate 9–5 world behind to teach full-time and help others feel the same peace and empowerment through mindful movement.

Wishing a very Merry Christmas to all of my lovely clients and followers 🤍

This time of year can be filled with so much joy, but it can also feel difficult for many — whether that’s navigating loss, feeling challenged around food or alcohol or experiencing loneliness. If that’s you, please know this is your gentle reminder that it’s okay to feel exactly how you feel. Allow yourself to slow down, unwind and let go of any guilt this Christmas.

May this season be a time to enjoy, to be present and to reflect on the year 🌟

A little life update from me🥰 - I’m officially fully qualified and now teaching in studios all over Dubai✨🫶🏻
I wanted to just capture a small glimpse of some of the support I have had from my amazing network and I can’t tell you how much it means to me🥺 I couldn’t do any of it without you all!🤎
