Okay… so apparently THROTTLE THERAPY is actually a thing! 😂🏍️🩷

I always joke about how getting on my bike clears my head, but come to find out… there’s actually SCIENCE behind why we feel so damn good after a ride!

Research on motorcycle riding has found that riding can increase focus and alertness and may even help lower stress markers.

And honestly… it makes total sense.

When I’m on my bike, I’m not thinking about work, bills, my to-do list or all the other crap running through my head. 😂

I’m thinking about the road in front of me, the people I’m riding with, the sound of my bike and just enjoying where I am in that moment.

There’s just something about throwing your leg over that bike, putting on your helmet and taking off that makes everything else disappear for a little while. 🩷

So YES… when I say “I need some throttle therapy” apparently I really DO! 😂😂

Some people go to therapy…

I ride a Harley. 🏍️💨🩷

Watching my girl graduate from Arizona State University fills my heart in ways I can’t even explain. 💛

This journey wasn’t always easy. There were long nights, stressful moments, sacrifices, self-doubt, and times she had to dig deep and keep pushing forward anyway. But that’s the thing about perseverance… it builds strength, character, and resilience.

Syd, I am beyond proud of the woman you’ve become. You showed up for yourself over and over again, even when things were hard. You stayed determined, focused, and never gave up on your goals.

Today isn’t just about a degree. It’s about every obstacle you overcame to get here. Your hard work paid off, and this is only the beginning of your story.

Some days in escrow feel like magic ✨
Deals are smooth, files are balanced, clients are happy… and you walk out feeling like a total rockstar.

And then there are the other days…
The ones that literally kick your ass 😅
Where one file takes up your entire day, nothing goes as planned, and you’re juggling fires left and right wondering how it all spiraled so fast.

That’s escrow life.
Highs, lows, wins, challenges… sometimes all before lunch.

But through all of it, the people make it worth it. 🤍
Today hits a little different because my bestie, my ride-or-die work partner, @nonna_laura , is starting her next chapter—retirement.

13 years of laughter, chaos, vent sessions, problem-solving, and real-life friendship. She’s been my emotional support, my sounding board, and one of the best humans I’ve had the privilege to work alongside.

I’m going to miss her like crazy… but I’m so excited for her to live this next season of life she deserves so much. 🌺

If escrow has taught me anything, it’s this:
Some days you win big.
Some days you just survive.
Both count.

Life moves fast. People come into your world for a reason. And the moments—the hard ones and the beautiful ones—are what shape you.

Still standing. Still growing. Still grateful. 🙏🏼
