75/75 Hard Challenge ✅ Guys, I actually made it! 🙌🏼 NGL, I didn’t think I would. I kept starting things I couldn’t follow through, breaking promises to myself, and slowly losing hope. I wasn’t showing up for myself —and deep down, I kept breaking my own heart. I realised the real issue wasn’t motivation, it was my mindset. That’s why I committed to this challenge. It wasn’t just about fitness—it was about building discipline, confidence, and mental resilience. Honestly, I didn’t know how much it would test me mentally. But I trusted the process, took it one day at a time, and in doing so, I discovered so much about myself—my triggers, my habits, my weaknesses, and my strength. I had to get honest and intentional with my thoughts and feelings. 75 days later—yes, I feel physically stronger But the real transformation happened within ✨✨ P.S the hardest rule for me was definitely the progress photos because it was the most simple yet annoying task to do on a daily 😅 #75hard #75hardchallenge #fitness #beforeandafter #gym #mentaltoughness #mindset #mentalshift #discipline #fitspo #motivation #fitnessjourney #explore #transformation #fitspiration #gyminspiration by @jenybfit

Run4kids 2026 NGL… this fun run was tougher than I expected 🥹 Getting my niece to believe in herself, to keep going when she felt tired, to take just one more step. That was the real challenge. There were moments she wanted to stop, moments she doubted herself… but she didn’t give up. She kept pushing, kept trying, and we crossed that finish line together 🤍 Today wasn’t about speed or being the fastest. It was about showing up, staying strong, and finishing what you start. So proud of her 🤏🏼🤏🏼 #run #running #funrun #mindset #explorepage by @jenybfit
