As I reflect on the past 16 years of being under your pastoral care, my heart is filled with so much gratitude to God for your life. Having walked alongside you for all these years, I have seen firsthand the good times, the hard times, and the heavy burden that comes with leading the flock.
Taking on such a great responsibility at such a young age is no easy task, yet you have consistently cared for so many with grace, heart, and dedication. I truly thank God for keeping you, sustaining you, and protecting you through every season, and I pray that He continues to strengthen and cover you in the years ahead.

Because of HIM, I can experience a steadfast, enduring joy that remains constant even through my deepest adversity, grief, and affliction. Dear Heavenly Father,
I lift up those whose hearts are so heavy that they have lost the ability to believe for a miracle. The weight of their situation feels too big to carry, it looks completely impossible to fix, and peace feels so far out of reach to them right now. Lord, I bring them before You just as they are—trapped in their fears, swallowed by their doubts, and completely worn out by exhaustion.
Where they see nothing but a dead end, please open their eyes to see Your sovereign power. Speak into their chaos and calm the storm inside their minds. Take away their anxious, hopeless thoughts and replace them with a deep, quiet trust in Who You are. When they cannot see a way forward and believe there isn’t one, help them to rest in Your arms and trust that You are working mightily behind the scenes.
Give them Your supernatural peace—the kind that makes absolutely no sense in the middle of a hard trial. Hold their hearts, steady their steps, and shatter the lie that their situation is too far gone. Remind them, Lord, that absolutely nothing is too hard for You.
