Ramen pop up tonight with @7doorsdownramen at @llamainnnyc was a blast! I made my first vegetarian ramen from scratch and learned so much from the chefs at 7doorsdownramen about doing ramen in a restaurant. Doing pup ups are a lot of work and a lot of it behind the scenes but it’s always fun and rewarding when we do them! by @jeremiah_vasterling

Next week I will be doing two pop-ups!! The first one will be @boneyard.bar on Monday, July 11th. The second one will be a more extensive menu @cherrystreettavern on Tuesday, July 12th!

This will be the first time doing my own food at a pop-up! I’m super excited to show Chattanooga what I’ve learned over the past 15 years in kitchens from Chattanooga to NYC.

The menu will be a Peruvian street food menu! I worked @llamainnnyc for over a year and was so intrigued by the ingredients and flavors I had to bring it to Chattanooga and share it with everyone.

Got to go on a tour of @sequatchiecovefarm with @chefkenyattaashford today! What a beautiful experience!

One of the many interesting things I saw was they feed the pigs the whey from @sequatcheese creamery. They will lead the pigs to an acorn patch later on in the fall.

We also got to go to the chicken coop and pick out a dozen eggs to take home!
