8.10 | 6:44am: The moment our family lost our family gem and consentida.

If you know me, you know one of my favorite things to say is that I’m the youngest of 6. Because of them, I am. My older siblings are my biggest pride. They are everything I ever wanted to grow up to be. They are my biggest mentors even when they didn’t realize.

Elisia, my meanie sunshine. I wish you could have seen yourself through my eyes. A little brother who thought his older sister was the prettiest woman he’d ever seen. Your beauty and grace has always amazed me. You were someone I always wanted to be strong enough to protect like an invaluable treasure. You are truly indescribable. I will continue to show people pictures of you saying the same thing every time, “look how pretty her smile is…” like I’ve always done. Thank you for marrying a good man who has become a brother to me, and 5 kids who are as beautiful as you. It was an honor to serve you til the last breath. I will always adore you.
