Clearing out my room for college today, I realized I have until the end of August until everything changes again, and seeing every letter, gift, memento, and signature I’ve ever received just overwhelmed me with an intense gratefulness for the wonderful people I’ve gotten to know over my whole life, from my family who have been my rock through every move, to every single friend I found at each new place I visited, and for the first time, the move isn’t scary, because I know I’ll still have an incredible network of support all over the country, and I’m ready to go write the next chapter in my life. Thank you to everyone I know for giving me such a wonderful time no matter where or when I met you. Make sure you all keep in touch. by @jerin_vincent_james

I’ll miss debate and everyone who I’ve met through this event so so much. It’s honestly been the most impactful activity of my entire life and I can’t thank the wonderful people around me enough for all they’ve given me. It’s hard to believe it’s over, and it’s harder to believe it’s only been one year. by @jerin_vincent_james

Thank you NCFL for such a fun second to last tournament. I won’t be able to bear when it’s all over, and I truly can’t thank the people who have made this event so life changing for me.
