Punisher I never posted that was from my last sale that got claimed but guy backed out on at the last second. I was doing a terrible job keeling track of where pencils are from, can't recall where I came across these rough pencils but I did like how this came out regardless. Still cranking away on commissions but finally entering the home stretch, only 4 more to go and then I can do something fun for myself. I've finally been catching up on commissions, but the guy I did this for has deactivated his IG and won't respond to emails 2 months out so it's up for grabs if you dig. Based on pencils he sent for reference that weren't signed, so no clue who did em. I tried to go above and beyond with ink wash to make up for the wait and did a matching Ken. Some Hulk inks over Steven Sanchez from like 3 months ago. Been catching up on commissions this week, 2 down, 4 to go! Wish me luck. Used some dry brush on this one to try and pop some of the shading as my hands were REALLY acting up while I was doing this and I wasn't super happy with some of the hatching. Just remembered it was Batman Day so here's some inks over Brett Booth pencils from a looong while ago. Don't know if I ever even got around to posting this but felt like an appropriate time haha. This thing took me a WHILE. Been trying to get better with the Williams style hatching and the legs on this are some of the first stuff I've ever done that I feel like don't suck in that department. Some Wolverine action from like 2 months ago I never posted. Getting low on back catalog so hopefully people dig this half as much as the Usagi piece I posted last week! This was based on some SUPER loose pencils I randomly found without a signature if anyone knows where it's from lemme know! Added a background and completely overhauled the figure to be battle damaged and kinda in mid-action attack. Was super pleased with how this one came out actually. 11x17 looking for a good home. Here's a Usagi Yojimbo from several months ago when I wasn't loosing my mind haha. This is based on a loose ballpoint commission by John McCrea, was interested to see how far I could push cleaning something like thay up. Really like the fur and scar on the face but cloth folds and textures are obviously a weak point for me. Never drawn Usagi before so not displeased with it just feel like some aspects could have come out better.
