THIS IS THE END

🇫🇷 Le démontage du Village est terminé. Les derniers camions ont quitté Biarritz.
Nous sommes épuisés… mais surtout immensément fiers de cette 15ᵉ édition. À nos yeux, elle restera comme l’une des plus belles aventures que nous ayons vécues.
Merci à vous, venus des quatre coins du monde pour partager ces quelques jours avec nous. Merci à tous ceux qui donnent vie à Wheels and Waves : nos partenaires, les artistes, les pilotes, les musiciens, les exposants, les bénévoles, toute la Wheels and Waves Family. Merci également à la Ville de Biarritz et à sa nouvelle équipe municipale pour son soutien.
Il est maintenant temps de souffler, de prendre un peu de recul et de réfléchir à la suite. Dans un monde totalement dingue, notre ambition reste la même : continuer à créer des moments de liberté, de rencontres et d’émotion. Continuer à faire rêver celles et ceux qui en ont encore besoin.

🇬🇧 The Village has now been dismantled. The last trucks have left Biarritz.
We are exhausted… but above all incredibly proud of this 15th edition. To us, it will remain one of the greatest adventures we have ever experienced.
Thank you to all of you who came from all over the world to share these few days with us. Thank you to everyone who brings Wheels and Waves to life: our partners, artists, riders, musicians, exhibitors, volunteers, and the entire Wheels and Waves Family. Special thanks as well to the City of Biarritz and its new municipal team for their support.
Now it’s time to catch our breath, take a step back and think about what’s next. In a world that has gone completely crazy, our ambition remains the same: to keep creating moments of freedom, encounters and emotion. To keep bringing a little dream to those who still need to dream.

Le BMX s’invite fort à Wheels and Waves 2026 du 10 au 14 juin à Biarritz

BIG GANG BMX
Course BMX oldschool, un RACE TRACK 🏁 imaginé au cœur du Village WW dans le style ‘70s Californien. Vous venez avec votre bike oldschool (‘70s to ‘90s) et le look qui va avec.
Des vélos ‘80s (MBK) seront à dispo si besoin. Du jeudi 11 au dimanche 14 juin à la Cité de l’Océan, Biarritz.
Bunny hop contest, ride mini-rampe, festival, soirée, concerts et des cadeaux BMX Legends à gagner pendant 4 jours.
Opening Party le jeudi 11 juin à l’ARTRIDE avec un show BMX flat & park, best tricks et une expo midschool “Cream of BMX“ au Skatepark de Biarritz.

SURF INVTATIONAL WW2026 🏄

Le surf prend une nouvelle dimension cette année avec le SURF INVITATIONAL et les nombreuses sessions orchestrées par @clovisdonizetti tout au long de l’événement…
Ayant participé au SURF INVITATIONAL de Wheels and Waves à travers les années, Clovis Donizetti a toujours apprécié l’attachement du festival à rester fidèle a cette forme de la grande planche,
l’esprit de la moto et du longboard sont par ailleurs étrangement similaires, un mélange de fonction et d’esthétique.
L’idée sera donc de mêler surf et culture et d’en profiter afin de montrer le talent de la génération actuelle, à travers la grâce inhérente au longboard.

About Clovis
Ayant grandi à la cote des basques à Biarritz, Clovis a été au contact du longboard depuis son plus jeune âge.
À travers les anciens et les légendes de passage, l’appréciation de cet art tel que pratiqué dans les années 60 s’est imposé à lui, non pas comme un exercice de style mais comme un moyen d’expression.
Depuis, à travers divers projets et compétitions, il continue de partager cette vision, mélange de tradition et de culture.
