I been OUTSIDEEEE…but in a different way! Dayton is moving and I’m right in the mix. I’m planting the seeds for success and carving out a lane for young professionals in Dayton. This is only the start man, I’ve still got many more folks to connect with and a handful of projects to work on but I’m loving the progress.

Stay tuned in to my story, my goal is to plan a young professionals networking event here in Dayton sometime within the next few months and I’m gonna need some hands on deck 🤝

Thanks for your support of my journey! taken in Dayton, Ohio by @jerrahmya

I created this page not because I’ve got it all figured out, but because I’m ready to learn, grow, and show up as myself.
This is a reflection of who I am, where I’ve been, what I value, and where I’m headed.

From Dayton to wherever this journey leads, I’m building brick by brick.

If you ever wanna talk life, business, or just tap in—my DMs are open.

Black Tech Week, Year Two 📈

I came for the knowledge and connections, but I left with direction and intention.

One of my biggest takeaways this year is that the path doesn’t always look clear while you’re walking it. You build it day by day, project by project, and opportunity by opportunity. Don’t wait until you feel completely ready. Get in the room, trust what you bring, and find a way to win!

As always I’m grateful for every conversation, every connection, and every drop of knowledge gained at this event. I’m excited to keep building and thank you God for the ability to create opportunities through community.

Until next year 🤝🏾

Let’s take a look into what my real estate investor cousin has going on in the city. I told him I wanna see all the ins and outs of a house flip. He didn’t disappoint, can’t wait to see the final results here soon!

These past couple days were full of GEMS at Launch Dayton Startup Week 🚀

From powerful panels to one-on-one convos with entrepreneurs and mentors, I left with knowledge, motivation, and connections that will keep pushing me forward in Dayton.

Take a moment to read the material and check out the videos I shared, so many gems were dropped that you don’t want to miss. That’s why Dayton is the Gem City 💎

I’m proud to be part of a city that’s growing and building a thriving business ecosystem right before our eyes. Let’s keep cooking! 🔥

Much love to the organizers and all the partners that made this possible:

One of those days where I sit and reminisce on some experiences that have created the man I am today.

Scotland was one of those experiences that changes your entire perspective on life. Honestly just traveling in general. The conversations you have, the foods you taste, the way transportation works, the way businesses is handled, the culture, etc. It’s just a surreal feeling being somewhere you haven’t been before, especially so far away.

I say all that to say opportunities like such don’t come often. When you really sit and think about the bigger picture and what it is life has to offer, the only way you can have a real perspective on it is if you go see it for yourself. Social media only shows the perspective of the user behind the screen, doesn’t give you the full view of what’s really out there in this world.

S/o to @sinclaircollege for this amazing opportunity! taken in Scotland by @jerrahmya

Since y’all think we ain’t got nothing going on…
Let me shed a little light on what’s really happening in my city.

🔹 $45M in renovations to the Dayton Convention Center
🔹 $162M completed in the final phase of the Dayton Arcade project
🔹 $400K in Ohio Third Frontier grant funding to local startups through the Entrepreneurs’ Center
🔹 5,000 sq. ft. Dragons Diamond Club Event Center coming to Day Air Ballpark
🔹 New Hilton Garden Inn officially opened inside the Dayton Arcade
🔹 And more small business openings and revitalization efforts all across the city

Dayton is in its building phase — just wait on the results!
The entire state is making money moves.
So here’s some insight into what Dayton got going on ✍🏽

Call me what you want, just know I’m working. This page isn’t just for content, it’s a seat to the journey: building legacy, telling stories, and learning through real-life work.

I’m finding my lane and growing in it daily.

Event so nice I had to post it TWICE! Now yall know a lot of what I do and record is based around creating content but I also have a goal of just sharing the reality of what it’s like being a 20something year old navigating the professional/business space. This black tech week event lit a fire in me to really bet on myself and trust not only my own ability, but the path GOD has created for me. I have no doubt I’ll encounter some obstacles along the way but what’s life without some ups and downs. All in all I just want to shed light on an event that I feel is good for any black professional. Great way to connect and learn about spaces you otherwise wouldn’t. If you read this far you a real one and I know you support me. Let’s keep the ball rolling, I got some stuff planned next month as well so just pray for me as I walk this path yall. #fyp #growth #improvement #marketing #share #networking #networth #business #reels #react #faith #black #content #branding taken in Cincinnati, Ohio by @jerrahmya
