We all answered the call of duty at the two days event themed "Maximizing Africa's Potential Through Disruptive Leadership And Innovation." The Social Innovators Programme And Awards, organized by @sip_awards, brought together a significant gathering of social innovators from Africa and marked the pinnacle of @leapafrica 's initiatives. During the event, we had the privilege of hearing from various social innovators who emphasized the importance of values, accountability, service, and leading by example. Here are some key points from the discussions: 1. Many of our mentees tend to emulate our actions rather than just listening to our words. 2. Love is expressed through service. If our primary focus is on what our nation can do for us, it reflects a lack of genuine love and service. 3. The influence of culture on our strategies and plans cannot be underestimated - Culture eats strategy for breakfast 4. Edtech and tech in general wasn't excluded. The main takeaway was that the most selfless and impactful action one can take is to serve humanity. #SIPA2023 #LEAPAfrica #TheNigeriaWeWant #AfricaArise taken in Sheraton Hotel and Towers, Abuja. by @jerryapuu
