The days are getting shorter but that just means it’s time for fall flavors! So we are again partnering with @neukomfamilyfarm to bring you a taste of the fall harvest and this year that means… Pluot Sorbet! It’s sweet, crisp, bright, and smooth just like the perfect fall day.

The pluot is a stone fruit created through the crossing of a plum and an apricot then crossing that generation back to plum. The result is a delicious fruit that blends the best of the plum and apricot into one delightful fruit.

Try this seasonal treat and others like @faircurvefarm Sweet Corn Ice Cream at Jersey Scoops. Open 11am- 8pm DAILY at 348 Main Street Loleta. All these treats are created in house at our micro creamery.

Linebacker Caleb Morgan is the winner of Jersey Scoops’ player of the week! Morgan, the leader of the defense, had 6 tackles and a HUGE interception in the win against Foothill! He is a key component of the defense, the signal caller, and a force for offenses to deal with each week. The big guys up front are the winners of Jersey Scoops’ player of the week! The o-line (Timmy Kennedy, Mackenzie Kuska, Kieran Flynn, Johnathon Mitchell, Cam Caspino, Nate Stiles, and Kaike Salvador) dominated and led the offense to 255 yards on the ground and gave up 0 sacks in the win over Sac City! We’re back with players of the week from Jersey Scoops!

Quarterback Kasen Covert is the recipient for week 1. He went 12/17 for 287 yards and 2 touchdowns through the air. He also rushed 11 times for 108 yards and a touchdown. The 3 touchdown performance helped lead Redwoods to a victory over San Jose.

Wide receiver Uriah Carlston is the recipient for week 2. He had 6 catches for 94 yards in the home victory over Reedley.

Have you heard about our 2026 Humboldt Made Buyers Tour? We hosted buyers, investors, media, content creators, and industry leaders to experience Humboldt behind the scenes.

At the end of the first day, we hosted a private dinner party at the @sequoiaparkzoo after hours. We had a VIP cocktail hour with local beverages, appetizers from @cassaroscatering & live music by @abanjomakes3 — then our guest were free to roam the zoo grounds, explore the Redwood skywalk lit up by the lights & golden hour sunlight a hile sipping cocktails.

At 6:30 dinner by @lostcoastcatering commenced followed by live music by @clairebentmusic and an ice cream bar by @jerseyscoops

We could have never pulled this incredible evening off without the amazing team at Sequoia Park Zoo! A special shout out to the Zoo Director, Jim, and the event coordinator, Zoë, for all of their help coordinating this special evening and providing so much hands on help the day of.

We have heard from so many of the attendees what a spectacular evening it was for them. The weather sure did cooperate too— those redwoods bathed the golden sunlight is something else, huh?

We also want to thank our community impact partners @wildberries__marketplace & @bearrivercasinoresort for also making this Buyers Tour possible 💙

This is something Humboldt Made is going to continue doing annually and we can’t wait for next year!
