Prep is over. Shot list finally finished. (Aka The Book of Chumbly) Cameras rolling on Monday. I couldn’t be more grateful for this incredible team, and Iplan on sharing lots of (non-spoilery) behind the scenes images and moments throughout the shoot.

I’ve been waiting my whole life for this moment and it’s hard to believe it’s only three days away. #Summoner

His 2015 Fantastic Four screenplay was rewritten by so many other writers that eventually just three words of his remained. Today he’s the sole screenwriter on Mortal Kombat II, and already tackling the sequel.

Screenwriter Jeremy Slater sits down with Brian and Bailey to discuss why he writes, how he writes, and what other writers would do well to keep in mind on their own journeys.

Jeremy has plenty to say about how his Mortal Kombat II made it to theaters, how he makes sure he’s a screenwriter people want to work with, and how he keeps it that way. by @jerslater
