Upgraded Gym for an upgraded lifestyle 💪

Our community opened up it's own separate building just for wellness and fitness along with a nice upgraded gym and new equipment. Calorie deficit? Low carb, low calorie, high protein, high fiber!

250g of Triple Zero Oiko Greek Yogurt
1 Scoop of Protein (I used Ryse in mine)
1 Cup Frozen Mixed berries

Thats it!

Mix the yogurt and protein really well before topping it with the frozen berries, bonus points if you make it the night before and leave it in the fridge, the berries will bleed into the yogurt. Ready made breakfast that will sustain you past lunch and it tastes like a cheat meal, don't knock it!

It's the way you smile at me, it's the way you hold my hand, it's the way you hold me tightly, it's the way you love so kindly, the way you raise our children, the way you work tirelessly, the way you think of us always in everything you do. It's the way I can keep on listing all the reasons that culminate the evergrowing love for you, but there is no box or post I can place it all in. It simply doesn't fit. In the grand scheme of things, 4 years isn't all that long of an amount of time, and yet...it is. We have built such an amazing life, a truly loving and nurturing home, where we once were two, now we are four, and those two additions to our lives are the living breathing representation of the love we share so deeply. Their beautiful smiles represent us both in their tiny faces, the way I see you within them each time they look up at me. I say all this also remembering that while we have our moments where we are like two ships passing in the night where we are focused on the tasks at hand, our love is the foundation that knitts who we are today. I thank the Lord for the life we have and for allowing me to find my other half in this crazy world. I love you to the moon and back. Happy four year anniversary, my Queen. My Queen,

We never fail to recount that night where we met and the adventure that soon followed. However, as much as I love laughing and reminiscing over that one day, I love to look over the little moments that have woven our lives so beautifully. The cozy moments where we cuddle up to one another watching a series on a rainy afternoon. The nights where you'd have a nightmare and woke me to share cause it could not wait (wish I could do the same but I sleep like a rock haha). The moments where one of us sings a song out loud and the other gasps in awe cause it was playing in the other's head as well (honestly what type of crazy powers are those?) The struggles and hurdles we have faced and getting through them with God front and center. Getting to look at ultrasound pictures and going over how we thought our son would look. Seeing our son's achievements and being proud (and sometimes exhausted...mostly you lol) parents. Looking back at all the little and huge milestones we've achieved together. Growing our little but mighty family unit, I fall in love more and more every day. With God, with you, with my boy, our little bun, our casita, our life, and all that fills it. I wouldn't want any other life but the one I have now, with you by my side. I know I don't post on social media like ever these days but I just have to take a moment to honor the most important person in my life. Between these two images is quite literally 365 days. A whole year of wonder, new memories, challenges and struggles, tears and laughter and magic in between. @yessi_quiles , my wife, my partner and other half, you are a warrior. I know when you laid in that hospital bed celebrating your 31st birthday, just moments away from meeting our boy, your last thought was yourself. You are beyond selfless, the true image of what a mother is. You gave your all in that moment bringing to this world our little miracle. I want you to know God knew you would make a perfect mom and wife. Now we come full circle, 365 days later in a restaurant about to celebrate you with our small circle and again selfless as ever. You are worthy of being celebrated and I will forever remind you, that, besides being a warrior of a mom, the kindest and most thoughtful wife, that you are you in all your greatness and never to be forgotten. Happy 32nd birthday my Queen! May this year be full of many more blessings, laughter, craziness and that sparkle in between it all, cause that is US. Our little trio and soon plus one ❤️ I love you.
