Family movie nights are honestly one of my favorite traditions we’ve started with the boys.

Pizza for dinner (homemade, frozen, or delivery) freshly popped popcorn, pjs, and all of us cuddled on the couch together.

And since it’s October, we’re making our way through some Halloween classics! 🎃 Tonight’s movie is Hocus Pocus!

My friends and I get together every year in Geneva for a girls trip. And every year I’m reminded at how good it feels to be around women that knew me before I was everyone’s everything. It’s like therapy for the soul.

Five years. 🥹

Five years of having my boys home with me. Five years of our days revolving around snacks, playing on the floor, cartoons, toys everywhere and more chaos than I knew what to do with.

And just like that… they’re in kindergarten.

I knew this day was coming. There were even days when I couldn’t wait for it. Days I was exhausted, overstimulated and desperate for some alone time.

And now that I finally have it, it feels a lot more bittersweet.

Being home with them has been such a huge part of who I am. It wasn’t always easy, and I definitely didn’t do it perfectly. But I got to be there for all of it — the big milestones and the completely ordinary Tuesdays.

I know my job as their mom is nowhere close to being over. This is just a new chapter for all three of us, and I’m so excited to watch them grow into the little people they’re becoming.

But I’ll always be grateful I got those five years. What a privilege it was 🤍 by @jeslgraham

And just like that… my babies are kindergarteners. 🥹
I’m not sure how five years went by this quickly, but here we are. SO much excitement from them… and a mama trying very hard to hold it together. 😭 Watching these two start this next chapter together is so bittersweet. I’m going to miss having my little sidekicks with me everyday, but I’m also very excited for them and everything this year will bring. 🤍 by @jeslgraham
