At 56, I can honestly say I have the longest, strongest, thickest hair of my life... and that didn’t happen by luck.

I know what it feels like to try product after product and wonder why nothing is working.

I know what it feels like to watch your hair change after

Three months.

Three months since you left this world Dad, and somehow I miss you just as much today as I did the day you left.

Life keeps moving forward, because I guess that’s what it’s supposed to do. But grief has a funny way of reminding you that a piece of your heart is still standing still.

I see you everywhere.

I see you in the things I do.
I hear you in things I say.
I recognize you in parts of who I am—some that make me smile and probably a few that would make us both laugh.

I carry you with me every single day.

But carrying you with me doesn’t mean I don’t still wish you were here.

I’d give anything for one more conversation. One more story. One more laugh. One more chance to hear your voice and call you Dad.

Three months without you, old man. 💔

I hope wherever you are, you’re finally free—soaring like that bald eagle you always felt connected to.
