BYOT shenanigans this morning with @brielle811 @encorefitnessdsm 1. #pdsagittarius is kinda like Dino, but somehow even scarier 🤣 2. Pole sit thread through to Ayesha with a heavy spot from Bri... My hand did not want to slide at all 🤣 3. Pole sit thread through to princess grip shoulder mount is getting closer! 4. Ayesha handstand progress! 5. Just further evidence that IDK how thoracic rotation even works on a pole 🤣 (baby BOP prep things) #polestruggles #polefitness #poledance #poleathlete by @jesmarie.pd
Bits and Pieces/Study Hall clips from Tonight @encorefitnessdsm with @brielle811 1. The never ending saga that is my #pdironx training 🤣 With added #pdhandspring work this time! Will I ever smooth out my straight leg handspring?! Will I ever remember to actually warm up my pancake before attempting this at the end of 2 classes (including HIIT, LMAO) ?! Who knows?! 2. Shoulder/chest stand things! 3. Cup grip handstand progress! 4. Claw grip fan kick thing! 5. *Blooper* cause I could *not* figure this funky grip dive roll thing out and I need y'all to witness my exasperation 😭 #polefitness #poleathlete #poledance #polestruggles #girlswholiftthemselves by @jesmarie.pd
Thursday Pole Day highlights with @brielle811 @encorefitnessdsm I was genuinely exhausted from going to KC on Wednesday night, so I'm still glad I had at least some wins 🤣 1. Inside leg hang -> #pdmarionamber 2. Brass Monkey -> Archer 3. Handspring -> Archer 4. I think we decided to call this Bethany Split (@bethany_finlay_pole_aerialist ) though I wasn't very...split 🤣 4. Ayesha handstand progress! #poledance #polefitness #poleathlete #girlswholiftthemselves by @jesmarie.pd
BYOT Chaos with @brielle811 @encorefitnessdsm 1. #pddino is coming along 😁 2. Claw grip pancake lever/cartwheel grip change with Bri's guidance 3. #pdmoonyvariation some front split shapes! 4. #pdticktock setup is still breaking my brain, but I got into it with a bit of assistance 🤣 #polefitness #poledance #poleathlete #girlswholiftthemselves by @jesmarie.pd
Bits and Pieces/Study Hall clips from last night with @brielle811 @encorefitnessdsm 1. Haven't worked on #pdironx in a hot minute, so clearly the last 5 minutes of class is when I need to bust some meh ones out 🤣 Featuring a bit of banter with Bri at the end "Good job, now make it better!" 2. Freestyle #1 3. Freestyle #2 4. Some chaos on mats and knees drop stuff! 5. Cup grip handstand progress! #polefitness #polefloorwork #poledance #poleathlete #polelowflow by @jesmarie.pd
BYOT clips with @brielle811 @encorefitnessdsm IDK that my body wanted anything to do with pole this morning, but after the absolute shit show of a week I've had, I needed out of my bedroom/head for at least a few hours. (I have a very sick cat who had to have emergency surgery and a feeding tube installed, waiting on biopsy results still) 1. Trying to figure out a less clunky way to enter this opposition handstand, cartwheel it is! 2. More Snake Bite Flip shenanigans! 3. #pdallegrasplit attempt (my thoracic rotation is hot garbage, so nope to the elbow hook) 4. Scissors sit to princess shoulder mount tumble thingy (I haven't quite figured out how to get to my shoulder yet 🤣) #polefitness #poledance #poleathlete #polestruggles #girlswholiftthemselves by @jesmarie.pd
Sunday pole funday at BYOT with @brielle811 @encorefitnessdsm 1. Iguana to Ayesha! I've only done this one a couple times and never without a spot before, but I actually really like the transition and IDK why it freaked me out so much before 🤣 S/O to @missjaminet for the hype at the end! 2. Snake bite invert to brass step down. IDK what it is about this invert, but I can't ever figure it out (something about how I have to twist to get the leg hooked) so I'm glad I got up there at all eventually 3. Snake bite flip! Well mostly Bri carrying my ass through it 🤣 4. Double elbow #pdJade or something 5. Opposition handstand with a cartwheel down to knees #polefitness #poledance #poleathlete #girlswholiftthemselves by @jesmarie.pd
1. Sometimes at Bits and Pieces with @brielle811 @encorefitnessdsm we bring out the mats and pretend its intro to tumbling hour 🤣 How many decades has it been since I did a dive roll?! At least 2! 2. Pole Handstand compilation! •Tuck Press •Ayesha •Cup grip •Walkover 3. Shoulder roll into floor Jade! #polefloorwork #polefitness #poledance by @jesmarie.pd
Thursday Pole Day highlights with @brielle811 @encorefitnessdsm Prestige: 1. We started working on new spin combos from @stephanietallant_pole this week and I'm here for claw grip things! 2. New spin combo #2 featuring chest butterfly things 3. *BLOOPERS* I could not figure out this brass monkey to inside leg hang thing at all, but at least Bri was there to catch me 🤣 Trick Clinic: 4. Back at Princess Grip to Ayesha training, my hand did not want to flip today, but it's coming along 🤣 5. Ayesha handstand is tricky, but at least I got my shoulder off this time! 6. Compilation of some quick dynamic things: • Claw grip invert • Arm climb • Corkscrew • One arm invert #polefitness #poledance #poleathlete #girlswholiftthemselves by @jesmarie.pd
Popped into @lovelifepole tonight because I recently decided I need more spin pole in my life and @poledsm Elevated Flow class was definitely the answer! I'm hella nauseated, but I had an amazing time ☺️ 1. I don't think I've ever done a no hand #pdJade (and I only had it briefly, but I'll definitely have to work on this one) 2. Calling this one Baby Janeiro Split 3. Little Jasmine to Martini to Jade combo 4. Inside leg hang to Brass Monkey is so sketchy still, I gotta work on that again cause my brain wasn't quite getting it today. (Had to repost this cause one of my videos glitched out) #polefitness #poledance #poleathlete #girlswholiftthemselves by @jesmarie.pd
Sunday morning = BYOT @encorefitnessdsm with @brielle811 Honestly, I wasn't sure how today was gonna go. Despite my unhinged sad posting the past few days, I am feeling a bit better. My body was fairly cooperative, which also helped 🤣 1. #pdayesha -> #pdcrossbow It's been forever since I've tried this, I still haven't quite figured out how to keep my leg on my bottom arm, but it went OK. 2. #pdforearmayesha shapes! 3. Ayesha practice compilation! •Twisted Grip handspring: I think I finally figured out how to not stall in the middle with straight legs! 🤣 •Dark side - cup grip •Good side - cup grip •Good side - elbow grip 4. Counter balance handstand! 5. Jasmine -> Dive through to inside leg hang -> Pegasus (I think this was the first time I did Pegasus on this side, TBH...oops) #polefitness #poledance #poleathlete #girlswholiftthemselves by @jesmarie.pd
Thursday Pole Day highlights with @brielle811 @encorefitnessdsm Prestige: 1. Final week of working on this spin combo from @_u_sso_ Don't mind the clunky exit, I couldn't remember what the last position was 🤣 2. Inside leg hang to football grip butterfly! Kinda terrifying, NGL, but I'm definitely gonna keep working on this one 3. #pdcliffsplit (well, the start of it anyway) Trick Clinic: 4. Casting climb progress 😁 5. Ayesha regrip training is coming along...at least I got my elbow on the pole this time 🤣 #polefitness #poledance #poleathlete #girlswholiftthemselves by @jesmarie.pd
