Last night we had our first ever Mom Prom at the studio and it was so incredible!!! Everyone looked so beautiful and empowered! I feel like the luckiest girl in the world to be surrounded by these women day in & day out. 🥹To all of you moms or not, thank you for showing up for yourselves & for me last night! Woke up late, spent time enjoying looking back at the evening I spent with the Dancefam while sitting in my fav spot outdoors, bathed and pampered Rainy, hot tubbed, got in some badminton time with my boys, ate a yummy Greek dinner (thx sis and Chris!) hot tubbed again with all of the above, opened sweet cards of love and appreciation and finished off the night watching a movie. I am so so blessed by this beautiful life I get to call my own. I love my family so freaking much. Thanks for making me feel so loved by you. 😭Everything hallelujah. 🙌🙏❤️❤️❤️ by @jess.sdf

Headed back from our Honolulu adventures and I gotta say the mixture of city & beach was just perfect for us! 🥰 Relaxing, swimming, shopping, surfing, hiking, boating & more made for a really wonderful vacation. So many things to do! Or not do, depending on your vibe for the moment. 😎I’m so very grateful for this last lovely family vacation before Finn heads off to school at the end of August. 🙏❤️PS- not all was IG perfection. 😜 I picked up a bacterial eye infection somewhere along the way and got to enjoy urgent care as well as a pharmacy wild goose chase trying to secure antibiotic eyedrops. 🤪 C’est la vie! Was just glad I didn’t have to sport some sort of pirate eye patch haha! We had a blast and my eye is healing. ☺️☺️☺️ by @jess.sdf

PART 2 🌅🎧✨As the sun dipped behind the Seattle skyline, our city absolutely glowed… and so did our DanceFam.Golden skies, sparkling waterfront views, headphones on, music up, and a whole lot of joy. ✨ SILENT DISCO: PART 1 ✨What. A. NIGHT. 💙This is just the first half of our Silent Disco adventure through Seattle’s Downtown Waterfront and Pike Place Market… and WOW. We danced, we sweated, we laughed, and we turned sidewalks into dance floors.One of the best parts? Watching the smiles spread. From tourists to locals, curious onlookers to people jumping in for a song or two, the joy was contagious. There’s something pretty magical about bringing unexpected movement and connection into the heart of our city.Huge thanks to our fearless leaders Daisha, Karen & Jess, and to every single one of you who threw on a headset, embraced the silliness, and made the night unforgettable.
