There is a love language that goes beyond any words ✨ thank you India 🇮🇳🤍For a long time, solo travel has been my favourite way to connect & reconnect with myself every time I need it.There is something about being alone in random places surrounded by random people that makes me feel incredibly alive 🌀🤍&& as soon as you open yourself to the unknown and you just flow in your present moment magic happens and you get the most beautiful experiences 💫🔮🦋Somehow India felt at home since I arrived 🤍It was a reminder that kindness, generosity and genuine human connection need no communication.And you can feel it in every smile, gesture, act of love.. About my first Vipassana – 10 days of silence and meditation 🧘🏽‍♀️🌀10 days with no connection, no talking, no writing, no distractions. Just meditating for around 12 hours a day, eating and sleeping ✨Probably the hardest experience I’ve ever been through.I truly believe this journey is different for everyone. For me, it was a deep lesson in inner strength, determination, patience and resilience.Observing my own thoughts and understanding where they come from was the heart of this experience.I was the only foreigner, surrounded by these wonderful Indian women. That made this journey even more special 🥹The way they cared for me and the love I received during and after this journey was beautiful ✨ even without speaking or not speaking the same language.Thank you Dhamma Nilaya & all the staff for making this experience possible 🙏🏽🤍‘May all find real peace, real happiness and real harmony’ 🌀🤍🦋Ready for what’s coming 🔮✨#vipassana #india by @jess.sgomes
