This is 2018 vs 2023. It took a lot to get to this point ! I’m not where i want to be yet but I’m making strides every day ! In 2018 I was a first time mom, in a new state trying to figure out who I was . I was depressed , struggled and essentially lost myself in mom and wife duties . This before pic is a picture I took of myself the first day getting back in the gym . I was ashamed that I had lost myself but was determined to figure out who the new Jess was and take my life back ! Introducing consistency discipline helped me overall to be a better me mentally and physically , a better mom now of 2 and a better wife. This isn’t a post to brag but to encourage anyone that’s struggling that it’s not to late to make yourself a priority and change ! 100 camps completed in the first half of the year ! Even with all my work trips I still made it my mission to wake up and hit the gym at 5 am as much as I could . So proud of the mental strength I’ve gained , the persistence , the commitment , and the physical strength I’ve developed . Oh and let’s not forget getting to watch my body transform … I’m probably more critical on myself than others are but I’m so thankful for the love and support of my #burnsisters taken in Burn Boot Camp - North Charlotte, NC by @jess2pretty

20 YEARS went by in the blink of an eye! 💚💛✨

The Class of 2006 really pulled up to Big Al’s and had us feeling like it was 2006 all over again! 🥹🎓

The music was giving throwback, the memories were flowing, the laughs were LOUD, and we had it rocking… literally! 😂🔥

20 years later and somehow the energy is STILL the same! 🥂💚💛
