Chapter 44 has officially begun! 🥳🥂✨

Thank you to everyone who took a moment to wish me a happy birthday, send a message, make a post, or show me some love yesterday! ❤️ You all made my day extra special, and I felt every bit of it!

44 looks pretty good from where I’m standing! 😉💃🏼 I’m grateful for another trip around the sun, the lessons learned, the memories made, and all the amazing people in my life.

Here’s to another year of laughter, love, adventures, and making memories! Life is good, and I’m just getting started! 🥂💕 by @jess_a_jones

🚨 ROUND 2 IS THIS THURSDAY! 🏡🍻

We had such a great time at the first Singles RE Networking Night that we’re doing it again—and trust me, the second one is going to be even better! 🎉

If you’re single and work in real estate or an industry that supports it, come hang out with people who understand the “I’m technically off work, but my phone says otherwise” lifestyle. 😂

No awkward networking. No pressure. Just good people, new friends, relatable conversations, drinks, food, music, and a chance to actually have fun with people who get your world.

📅 THIS THURSDAY — September 17th
⏰ 6–9 PM
📍 Sawyer Park Icehouse
🎟️ FREE • OPEN TO ALL

If you came to the first one, you already know. If you missed it… don’t make the same mistake twice. 😉❤️

Come network. Find your people. Have some fun.

What if your next real estate purchase could be more than just a home? 👀

Buying your first rental property could be the next step toward building long-term wealth and creating another source of income for your family.

And with today’s market creating opportunities for buyers, it may be worth taking a closer look. But finding the right investment is about more than just finding a house—it’s about finding a property that makes sense financially and choosing the financing strategy that fits your goals.

That’s where having the right guidance can make all the difference. 🏡🔑

The right property. The right financing. The right plan.

Your first rental could be your next big move. Let’s talk about what’s possible. ❤️

Waiting for the “Perfect” Time to Buy?

I hear this ALL the time: “We’re just going to wait and see what happens.”
And I get it. Buying a home is a big decision, and nobody wants to feel like they picked the wrong time.

But here’s what I want you to remember: the best time to buy isn’t determined by a headline. It’s determined by your situation.

Waiting can mean spending another year paying rent, missing a home you love, or sitting on the sidelines while your life is ready for something different.

And if rates are the thing making you hesitate? Your rate is only one piece of the puzzle. Purchase price, monthly payment, loan program, seller concessions, down payment, and your long-term plans all matter too.

I’ve had people come to me completely convinced they couldn’t buy right now, and once we sat down and ran the numbers, the conversation looked VERY different.
So don’t let the market make the decision for you before you even know what your options are.

Thinking about buying but telling yourself you should wait? Call me. Let’s run the numbers first. by @jess_a_jones

What a night! ❤️🏡🍻

Our very first Singles RE Networking Night was a SUCCESS! We had a fantastic turnout, met some amazing new people, made new friends, shared plenty of laughs, and—most importantly—had a really good time with people who just get the real estate life. 🙌

This was exactly what we hoped it would be: good people, genuine connections, and a chance to step away from work for a few hours and enjoy each other’s company.

And because the first one went so well… this is definitely NOT the last one! 🎉

Thank you to everyone who came out, brought great energy, and helped make our first event so special. More Singles RE events are coming—so stay tuned! ❤️

🏡 Friendly reminder: you don’t always need a new house… sometimes you just need to make the house you already have work better for you!

Love your neighborhood? Love your current rate? Just wish your kitchen had a little more “ahhh, this is exactly what I wanted”? 😉

A renovation loan could help you turn the space you have into the space you actually want—without packing up the boxes and starting over.

✨ Stay where you love
🔨 Improve what isn’t working
❤️ Enjoy a home that fits your life

Before you start scrolling Zillow for your next house, let’s talk about your options. You might be closer to your dream home than you think!

Let’s make a plan that works for YOU. 🏠✨

😂 Apparently, being single comes with only three options… but I think we can do better.

You can go out alone (independent, yes… but a little prickly after a while 😆), go on a date (which means hair, makeup, planning, and effort), or tag along with your married friends as the third wheel—which is fun… until it’s not. 😂

So I decided to create Option #4: bring the singles together! 🥂

I’m putting together a singles group specifically for real estate professionals—a chance to get out, meet people, make connections, laugh, and just enjoy being around other people who get it.

No pressure. No awkward setup. Just good people and good times.

If you’re single and in real estate, come join us! 👋🏼
Let’s see what happens when we stop waiting for plans and start making our own. ❤️

THIS SATURDAY!! 🏡✨ I’m back in Northampton along with The Noteworthy Group to hold open this gorgeous listing. When you buy in Northampton you are not just buying a house. You are buying a whole vibe. So if you are into…. Quiet tree lined streets 🌳 Friendly neighbors 👋🏻 Community social events 💃🏻🕺🏻 Excellent schools 📚 Golf courses ⛳️ Parks & pools 🏊‍♀️ Then you do not want to miss this beautiful opportunity to be part of a remarkable community. At a fabulous price might I add! 🤩 by @jess_a_jones

THIS THURSDAY!! If you are single and in real estate or RE adjacent, I want you to join in on the very first meet up of what I see becoming a seriously fun group. I’m talking agents, lenders, escrow officers, inspectors, appraisers, investors, wholesalers, photographers, contractors, property managers, roofers, pool builders, attorneys, CPAs… and anyone else. Come have a drink and make friends with people that get it. by @jess_a_jones

Friendly reminder: don’t let the mortgage-rate headlines stress you out. ☕️🏡

There’s a LOT of noise out there, but your home-buying decision should be based on your numbers, your goals, and your timeline—not whatever headline is making the rounds today.

Think of me as the friend who helps you look at the numbers, talk through your options, and figure out what actually makes sense for you. No pressure. No panic. No crystal ball required. 😉

Because sometimes the best financial advice is simply: “Let’s look at YOUR numbers.”

Send me a message and let’s talk it through! 💙
