When tumbling feels like the hardest thing in the world… it’s OK 🫂🧡 (this is where I am 8weeks in)

Don’t stress. Don’t hate yourself. And please, don’t lose YOU in the process! 🫶🏼

This has happened to me a few times in my short 4-year tumbling journey, and honestly, I’m still not sure why! 🙈

But here’s what I’m learning… listen to your coaches, trust the process, and don’t be scared to try (but don’t force it either!). Sometimes you need to take a step back to move forward again. ❤️‍🩹

And most importantly, remember that you are SO much more than your tumbling skills. You’re not defined by what you can or can’t do on a mat. You’re still YOU, and that’s what matters most! 🫶🏼

If you’re going through this too, you’re not alone. We’ve got this! 🫂❤️

**How it started ➡️ how it’s going 💜**

From the little girl who just wanted to learn some cool tricks… to 10 years old, still learning, still falling, still getting back up and still loving every minute of it!

So much has changed, but one thing hasn’t… I still LOVE cheer. 🫶🏼

The skills have got bigger, the goals have got bigger, and so has the amount of hard work behind the scenes! 😂

This is the behind-the-scenes bit. This is the work that nobody always sees. This is what makes the “perfect” video possible 💪✨

Behind every video where I hit the skill, there’s usually a LOT of videos where I didn’t. 🙈 and the perfect-looking video is just a tiny part of the journey.

The falls.
The wobbles.
The “why can’t I do this today?” moments.
The skills that take ages to get right.
The days where I don’t feel like doing it but still turn up and put the work in.

The real progress comes from being consistent, staying determined, listening to my coaches, working on the little things and keeping going when it doesn’t go right.

So yes, I’ll still share the nice videos… because I’m proud of them. 💜
But I also want to remember that they didn’t just happen.
