Stone or Cornflower? ✨Each of my Juniper Cropped Coats are handbound with cotton herringbone binding by me in my Los Angeles studio 💐 by @jess_meany

A personal piece to keep those I miss the most, close! by @jess_meany

This summer my Red Dahlia coat has been in heavy rotation as I lean my wardrobe into into shades of deep reds, hints of cornflower blues, and bright whites that I am OK with getting the dog’s paw prints all over.
Something I love about this coat is repurposing this deadstock plaid binding. After briefly tea staining, it is the right tone to sit alongside the pops of embroidery throughout this coat ❤️ by @jess_meany

A satin piece I stitched into a coat almost entirely by hand. This original textile was actually two twin blankets with some slight sun damage throughout. The customer was interested in leveraging the color variations of the satin’s sun damage to give this piece an unexpected tone. Normally I pair a wider binding with my coats, but I was determined to use the blanket’s original piping which was very narrow and in many places, also pretty damaged. The only way I could use this old piping was to hand stitch it in. I spent all holiday season with this coat, working on it in the evenings in between other orders. It is super special to me, as all things that take a little patience are. ❤️ by @jess_meany

🎁 So grateful for the trust in sewing something so special. One of my favorite gifts we shipped off this holiday season ❤️ by @jess_meany

Once upon a time @frenchtoastnick made these solid walnut serving boards… and I have 3 left. They’re up on the site and make a perfect easy and quick gift for the food lovers in your life.
To be honest in my mind I thought we would end up making more of these but I learned you can’t just find 15” wide walnut on a whim and we were so lucky to score this walnut when we initially did.
Also the cookies and baked goods you see are from @loriastern who is literally amazing. 😍✨❤️ by @jess_meany
