The tumultuous journey of relaxing into the rawness of the human experience of “no-mind” by @jess_merideth

By far one of the most incredible days of my life. We walked upon the great pyramids today and I immediately felt the familiar plasma “vibration”, first seeing it over the giant stones, and then the cloud pattern that surrounded it validated what I saw. And when I went inside, my feet immediately started tingling. I trekked through the steep and slender pathways into the great chamber, sat down, my back pressed against the tomb, and the tingling went from my feet, up my sits bones, and hit me like a jolt of energy through my entire chest. It felt like a low hum of electricity, the tingles, but with a heaviness of thick liquid. Tears began rolling down my face. I moved to a different part of the chamber. I Sat down and breathed. I felt the urge to hum with what I was feeling in my body, by using my chest humming voice, it was more of a guttural vibration. I wanted to stay longer, I could have stayed for an eternity-but others needed to experience this feeling too. We made our way out of the sweaty tomb, back down through the grand gallery, and reemerged- and had been psychically recharged. Connected. Channeled. Relaxed. Similar to the feeling of finishing a PEMF session. Magnetically vibrating. This was one of the most incredible days of my life. Thank you Zolo for showing me Egypt and hoofing it around the compound today to make sure we didn’t miss anything. Thanks for understanding, thanks for tuning in to the waves with me my friend🙏🔋💕☀️ @zi1aikha by @jess_merideth

Scroll through to take a peek into how my brain is working while trying to learn a new language. Do people who speak in Spanish always know if someone is speaking in the past or present? Is there something about the “we” form in this language that transcends the concept of past and present? Did Spanish linguists know something about the collective and if we spoke in we form (nosotros) more often then it transcends time? People. I have the tism, and im currently stuck in this rabbit hole. Haha. 😆 🌊 by @jess_merideth

I am looking forward to continue healing my nervous system in a safe place outside of the US- away from gun violence and maniacs. Side note: I can’t imagine what it’s like being in Palestine or any place where those sounds and fear reactions are constant. 🥺😥 by @jess_merideth

A bit late on this post, but it can’t be forgotten. We have a 10yr old bb nugget🐕. The sweetest most magical little sneaky naughty girl had a birthday. I can’t believe she’s 10! 🥹🫶💗 she is my entire heart embodied in a small hungry beast. by @jess_merideth
