No partner, no problem.

Solo drilling on repeat can help to cement that muscle memory. Not everyone likes these entry drills, but with repetition and time they can help to develop good body body mechanics when translated to drilling with a partner.
Ish had never done either of these before today and after a full class of nothing but solo work I could already see progress 🙌

Some 6am technique to get your day started 🥊

Using a push kick to set up a knee, 10/10 recommend 💅

In the state of Kansas, reinforced knees to the head are not allowed for kickboxing, so knowing where your hands are and knowing your rules are super important. States vary, if you're not sure of your exact rules, look up your state's regulations or ask your commission. by @jessarie07

Years ago I had a coach (who shall not be tagged 👀) who took the time to show me how to move my body for this sport, and it was hard, boring work. I am so thankful now for that work as I am able to take all of those functional movements and pass them on to my athletes as they become ready to learn them.

Christopher Fuentes has never really had a solid interest in MMA, but when opportunity knocks, we answer.
