Some things never change. Now I just have a son who does the exact same…. by @jessblair_

A realistic day in my life 🤍

Trying to be better at posting more and sharing the everyday moments, not just the highlights!

A mum of two boys, working full-time in health, creating content on the side and currently holding down the fort while my husband works away.

No two days look exactly the same, and some are definitely more chaotic than others- Fridays at the moment anyways we have no sport.

But I’m trying to be more intentional about how I start and end my days, making time for the little things and prioritising my health, especially sleep.

Nothing overly exciting, just a little glimpse into the real, everyday juggle of life lately. 🤍 by @jessblair_

A little reintroduction 🤍✨

I’m Jess! More than just mum life and kids’ sport, there’s a whole other side of me I’ve been missing.

After putting some of my passions on the back burner, I’m excited to share more of what I love and some of my knowledge! by @jessblair_

Busy days call for simple wellness habits.

I’ve been loving the new Swisse Ultiboost Magnesium Glycinate + Electrolytes Powder in Lemon Lime flavour. It contains Magnesium Glycinate, which has 4x better absorption compared to Magnesium Oxide, while also supporting muscle function, electrolyte balance and normal energy production.

Available exclusively at Chemist Warehouse. #SwisseNZ @Swissenz @swissenz by @jessblair_

This one deserves a place on the GRID just because it was so funny making it and we both couldn’t stop laughing. He is also so good at them 😂😂 by @jessblair_

Autumn is your reminder to slow down, nourish deeply, and reset from the inside out.

As the seasons change, so should our routines—think grounding foods, earlier nights, immune support, gentle movement, and creating space for what truly matters.

This is the season for restoration and balance in preparation for winter.

What are you focusing on this autumn? 🤍

So proud of Harlem. Grand final yesterday and unfortunately went down 26-16 but he has had an amazing campaign.

Honestly Harlem was just so excited to make the AJ wider squad.
He was also named vice captain which he was surprised but also so grateful for the opportunity.

Harlem worked so incredibly hard at training and it paid off. Playing fullback and half for the campaign and kicked some epic goals too. Since November he didn’t miss one training session.

Sometimes have to remind him he’s only been back playing league for just over a year and to make the Ajs squad when we first arrived would or seemed near impossible!

Now onto the next job! Touch regionals in April and also heading to south west rocks on the holidays for league playing for Hunter, also club footy training now starts! by @jessblair_

40 years young ❤️
Nearly 20 years of our lives together… what a crazy, beautiful milestone.
I know you’d probably prefer no one even knew it was your birthday — but today you deserve to be celebrated.

Adam’s story is one of strength, resilience and quiet determination. After losing his dad at just 12 years old, he was forced to grow up quickly as one of eight siblings. At only 15 he was signed and moved away from home to chase his rugby league dream.

From his debut as a young 20 year old , Adam went on to play an incredible 331 NRL games across four clubs, competing in four Grand Finals and winning one premiership.
He proudly represented his country in 51 Test matches — the second-most ever for New Zealand — captained the Kiwis, won a Rugby League World Cup and a Four Nations title.
He has also coached and led at the highest level, including working with the All Stars and serving as an assistant coach for New Zealand.
In recognition of both his career and his impact in the community, Adam was honoured with the New Zealand Order of Merit.

This is all between moving countries, clubs, COVID stuck in Australia, house flooding, cyclone and being away for the loss of both his grandparents who were pivotal in Adam’s life.
But the achievements that matter most to him have never been about trophies.
He has spent countless hours coaching kids, mentoring young players and inspiring the next generation. Giving his precious time to anyone that needs him. At the drop of a hat Adam would be there to help anyone. He is fiercely proud of his culture, deeply loyal to his people and always gives his time to anyone who needs it.

Those lucky enough to know Adam know he is quietly spoken until you truly know him until you’re in his circle.
An incredible father to two, an uncle, friend, husbandCoach and role model to many, and a friend you can always rely on.

Happy birthday ❤️
I’ve loved you for half my life I’ll Love you forever.
We might not be celebrating with all our friends and family today , it’s just us at home (well… us three while Harlem is off at his league semi!) — but you are loved more than you will ever realise. @b_lairy by @jessblair_
