three looks so good on you. 🤍

You’re getting bigger, funnier, louder, and more yourself every day. I wish I could bottle up this little version of you and keep her forever.

Happy birthday to my girl. Three years of loving you, and somehow it just keeps getting better. taken in Seaside, Florida by @jesscreates.htx

Texas smoke, Vietnamese soul. 🔥

Khói just earned a Bib Gourmand from the Michelin Guide - and this plate is the whole argument. Beef ribs with that peppery bark and a smoke ring for days, sausage with real snap, and pickled onions and cucumber cutting through all that richness.

Khói means “smoke” in Vietnamese. Fitting.

Beef rib or sausage - you’re only picking one.

Michelin just put the Heights on notice. 🍕

Angie’s Pizza just landed on the Michelin Guide’s recommended list - and this piccante is exactly why. Cupped pepperoni, blistered wood-fired crust, heat that builds until the Calabrian honey swoops in to cool it down. Crunchy yet soft, spicy yet sweet.

The pedigree is real - chef Angelo Emiliani trained under Chris Bianco himself.

Best pizza in Houston 👇🏼 go. And don’t say a chain.

Me: almost done editing 💀

If you’ve never watched Lightroom die at 99% export, are you even a photographer? Tag someone who’s felt this pain.

What’s worse - the crash itself, or reopening it to find your last hour of edits gone?

How my shoots look these days - camera in hand, baby strapped on, toddler somewhere nearby. I wouldn’t have it any other way.

Thank you @sancristobalence for capturing this moment 🖤🤍 taken in Houston, Texas by @jesscreates.htx

Saturday at Discovery Green tasted like this. 🔥 (part 1)

Nearly a hundred chefs, one lawn, four hours of the best eating in Houston - all of it backing food and beverage workers in crisis.

Skewers over open flame. A scallop still in its shell. Sandwiches built like they mean it. And the people - laughing, feeding each other, showing up for their own.

This is why I shoot food. Not the plates. The people behind them.

Were you there Saturday? What was your best bite?

The Heights just got a whole lot flakier 🥐

Stopped by the grand opening of the newest Love Croissants and - that cardamom almond croissant 🤤Shattering layers, toasted almonds, a snowfall of powdered sugar. The kind of pastry that makes you go quiet for a second.

Iced latte in hand, DJ on the patio, pink everywhere. This one’s going to be a weekend problem.

Heights people - have you been yet? What’s your order?
